Where to I begin… so I ordered from first watch twice using Uber eats and both times; I’ve had an item missing. The first time on august 28th this happened called the store and spoke with destiny who I asked If my bag was ripped when delivered by the Uber driver. I said no bag was sealed. She then proceeded to say that they can have someone from the restaurant deliver the item. Which was a chicken avocado chopped salad and it was delivered. We were also given two cards for buy one get one free signed by the general manager. Second time on august 31st, ordered again using Uber and yet again an item was missing. This time it was a butternut squash soup. Called the restaurant and spoke with a gentleman (didn’t catch this name) stated he was a manager and claimed that Uber would have to issue another driver to pick up item or a refund. The problem with this was that it wasn’t Ubers fault. It was the restaurant who failed twice to package all items correctly so therefore Uber could not send a driver due to first watch mistakes. He then stated that it’s illegal to have any employee to drive from there restaurant to deliver food and that he informed staff there not to do so. He said he would contact Uber and promised to have my soup delivered. Called again and spoke with destiny who asked the same question as the first time. Is the bag ripped. I told her No the bag was not again this was the restaurant mistake and trying to shift blame onto Uber. I called the restaurant after tbe fact, multiple times after waiting an hour after being told that it was going to get delivered, no one answered. I never received the item. Called Uber who called the restaurant and somehow they could magically answer the phone to then tell Uber that they are not delivering the item that Uber would have too. So all and all I NEVER received my item. Lost money for food I paid for! I don’t recommend you just lost a customer...
Read moreFirstwatch is always a pleasant and superb dining for me and my son as it is our always favorite brunch place. Our first visit to this new location here in St Cloud. Glad to have one nearby as we always go to the Lake Nona location. But Very disappointed!!! #1- almost 15 minutes, no one has come to offer beverages. I had to call one of the servers for water and coffee. Mind you, there were servers going up and down but not to our table. The lady came, took our order (didn't even introduce herself, not a big deal) #2 -ordered Monterey sandwich, very dry especially the bread. #3- No one came to check if we needed anything, water, coffee, etch. The other girl came, gave our bill and instructed us to pay upfront when ready. I was ready to pay (not planning of tipping because we had no server to tip to). The most disappointing part when I was paying, the cashier asked how was our experience. Told her exactly how I felt thinking she would say we'll do better and thanks for the input. But nope, she said we dont tell our names here, we focus on teamwork and "you can go to the Lake Nona one" which I find it very disappointing!!! Factors like speed, value, and service are extremely important, especially in a newly opened restaurant in town. This is not a complaint but for the management to be aware and work with their employees who have limited knowledge about taking constructive criticism and providing good customer service
I give it 1 star as a credit for being seated immediately and a nice ambiance otherwise, BAD EXPERIENCE!

Read moreI Decided to take the fam to a new establishment and first watch just so happen to be our choice. Upon arriving we really enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant. Very homey feeling with the decorations, also it is not a lot of seating to where it does not seem crowded and a better atmosphere overall in my opinion. Our waitress I wish I would’ve remembered her name because she was amazing! Now to what we ordered 🤗 I went with the BLT BENEDICT and OMG I was in heaven! It was so good and perfectly portioned. My daughter went with the Steak and Bacon Breakfast Burrito and she had the following to say: “I liked the Steak and Bacon Breakfast Burrito. However, if one ordered the breakfast burrito for the steak and bacon you would be disappointed because the quantity and flavor of the meat was less than expected.” My other daughter went with the TRI-FECTA with Belgian Waffle while she enjoyed the perfectly cooked bacon, she was not happy with her scrambled eggs. She stated that they did not taste as if they were fresh, they were more like precooked eggs. As for the waffle, she enjoyed it. My mom went with the TRI-FECTA with a Floridian French Toast. She really enjoyed her meal. She was really pleased with the fruits on her French toast and the jam that came in the side.
Overall, it was a great meal and nice time. We chose to sit outside and it made it better to give it a different type of vibe. I will say, they are a bit pricey but other than that, no...
