The guys in the store were really nice. They did call me and say it would be an extra 30-40 mins due to something not being prepped yet. Which I understand. I drove 10 minutes there to get the pizza and it was nice and warm. The food looked good, the texture of the garlic knots and crust were actually perfect. The only problem I have is it was VERY bland. The pickles on the pickle pizza are what gave it salt, otherwise, any other bite was like biting into flour and water. The same with the garlic knots. Me and my partner ended up adding Parmesan cheese on everything which helped it just a little. The chicken parm sub was definitely small for the price. My partner ended up asking what it was before I said it was their sandwich. Definitely wasn’t expecting to pay 11 dollars for a very small sub. As for the marinara, it also was very bland, it needed salt and more flavor. It was like tomato and water. Overall, it wasn’t terrible but also, I don’t think I will be back. Kinda felt like paying 40 dollars for a small chicken parm sub, a small pickle pizza and garlic knots for it to be as bland as it was? Was a bit much. Not happy with this expense but the business has a lot of potential. I just think the recipes need a revamp. More salt and flavor would go a LONG way for this company.

In my experience, in a world full of cheaply made food with minimal ingredients, and overly priced meals, Padula's went old school for us! Not having been to Padula's before, we thought we'd try it. We ordered a supreme pizza on a whim. I cannot even begin to put into words how impressed I was with their pizza...and THE TOPPINGS! No joke, you couldn't see the sauce or barely the cheese, but not for a lacking of sauce or cheese; there was plenty! The supreme toppings literally covered every portion of the pizza, to the edge of the crust! We weren't even that hungry, but just thought we'd try something new... We weren't expecting an amazing meal, just a meal, or I would have taken a photo before we tried it, 4 slices in! Wow ..I hope this review lets me post a photo! See for yourself! Seriously, hats off to Padula's for exceeding today's standards and for our unexpected surprise! Thank you! Daniel Dameron and Tammy Paquette

This was our first order from this place. It arrived in a sad state. The pizza box appeared to have been pushed down and bent. The pizza had slid to one side and toppings stuck to box lid. The two orders of boneless wings were also smashed, cold and plain. We ordered two different flavors. I called in immediately and was told that since they were getting ready to close all they could do is credit us for a future order. We tried to place the replacement order and were told that they have no record of a complaint and when I offered to supply pictures as proof...the manager told me it didn't matter..."anyone could have done that to try and get a credit." I highly recommend you avoid this establishment. Way over priced for inferior product and horrendous customer service.

Mediocre food, lackluster customer service. Visited on 3/15, not a single person greeted us upon entering. All employees appeared bored and uninviting. Young man who took our order could have cared less if we caught on fire at the register before wandering off. Asked if we could dine in within ear shot of everyone behind the counter, was told "yes" so we picked a small table and waited patiently. No cups, no straws, no plates as we watched them prepare our food with no gloves after handling money, other equipment like pens/phones and their nose, yes the young lady coming back from break went knuckle deep while we watched in horror.

Food was quickly made up, boxed, and left at counter with a curt thank you. No comment was made that we were instead dining in from anyone, it was just assumed by the nose picker we were taking it and leaving after we requested to everyone else for dine in. If you aren't going to allow customers to sit and eat inside your establishment, maybe lose the tables and place a bench for those waiting so no expectations of customer service or in store dining will be considered. We felt like we weren't wanted and encouraged to leave even tho we wanted to dine in and relax instead of grabbing our food and fleeing back home after stopping and getting our 2 liter from the table since no on bothered to give us one at the counter.

Food was ok but overly expensive considering the taste and due to the horrible customer service of non-listening employees and complete lack of managerial practices let alone cleanliness we are definitely avoiding at all costs the next time around. It seems to be a Spring Hill standard norm to provide lackluster food and horrible customer service and we're born and raised here. Shame, do better. Maybe provide additional training to the "could care less" employees, organize your store front to discourage diners, and look to brush up on FDA guidelines for food prep. Just some suggestions. Do...

Edit: New owners has ruined a hood pizza unfortunately won't be back. Over $18 for a cheese pizza that's crazy that is price gouging price 😳

Not sure why so many neg reviews but compared to a lot of other places in this town thus place is hundred times better. Recently moved here from New England and my expectations are high as it is. I've been trying different places around the area and I've found this place to be great not the best but great again I have very high expectations. They have actual 16inch pizza which is a real large not like all the other places with there barely 14 inch. Pizza taste really good too not once got a bad pizza here . I've also had there steak bombs which are packed with meat and cheese unlike some places who signature sandwich is the steak and cheese not gonna name that place bit I'm sure you can figure it out. They use 2 6 inch rolls for there large with is different but I'm ok with that. I find that easy for sharing you know your getting to even 6 in sandwiches to share. And customer service there this place definitely takes care of their customer satisfaction I recently recently had a mishap on one of my sandwiches and they made sure to take care of me and correct the issue with no hassle. I found that the people that work there are friendly and know what they're doing they're not slow-paced people behind the counter they are actually motivated and fast-paced to get their job done and to make sure customers get there food with out waiting so long. I will continue to order from them and I hope people who may have had some issues in the past with them give them a second shot because they are...

SEE UPDATEBeen in Spring Hill for 25 years. Padula's has been our neighborhood Italian takeout. If you haven't tried them, do it. One of the best in Spring Hill. If you had a bad experience, stuff happens. The key is will they make it right? Ask for Jas:on, the manager, he'll make it right....and then some. That's all I can ask for, aside from the good food.**

  • 6.26.22 UPDATE* Sorry to have to report this Update, but the reality is that no matter what you order from Padula's, they're going to get it wrong. And the hassle of trying to get it right just isn't worth it. The food simply isn't good enough to carry the constant mistakes, which are always omissions. Today I called to correct an $80.00 order from last evening where, although I specifically asked for two salad dressings, I didn't get any. The disinterested man who answered the phone told me if I purchased an additional salad today, he could run an additional dressing over. I reiterated the circumstances, no apology was offered, no "we'll make it right." just a reluctant, "you'll have to wait" , which would have been fine, I would wait till they opened, but he hung up without taking my information. I assumed he was a manager as he was opening the store. There are just too many options for Italian to deal with a restaurant with unremarkable food who can't get any order correct, and won't simply make it right. Sadly you're better off with Dominos....I'd rather have toast with ketchup than deal with padula's endless dice roll as to what will actually show up, compared to what I...
