Mediocre food, lackluster customer service. Visited on 3/15, not a single person greeted us upon entering. All employees appeared bored and uninviting. Young man who took our order could have cared less if we caught on fire at the register before wandering off. Asked if we could dine in within ear shot of everyone behind the counter, was told "yes" so we picked a small table and waited patiently. No cups, no straws, no plates as we watched them prepare our food with no gloves after handling money, other equipment like pens/phones and their nose, yes the young lady coming back from break went knuckle deep while we watched in horror.
Food was quickly made up, boxed, and left at counter with a curt thank you. No comment was made that we were instead dining in from anyone, it was just assumed by the nose picker we were taking it and leaving after we requested to everyone else for dine in. If you aren't going to allow customers to sit and eat inside your establishment, maybe lose the tables and place a bench for those waiting so no expectations of customer service or in store dining will be considered. We felt like we weren't wanted and encouraged to leave even tho we wanted to dine in and relax instead of grabbing our food and fleeing back home after stopping and getting our 2 liter from the table since no on bothered to give us one at the counter.
Food was ok but overly expensive considering the taste and due to the horrible customer service of non-listening employees and complete lack of managerial practices let alone cleanliness we are definitely avoiding at all costs the next time around. It seems to be a Spring Hill standard norm to provide lackluster food and horrible customer service and we're born and raised here. Shame, do better. Maybe provide additional training to the "could care less" employees, organize your store front to discourage diners, and look to brush up on FDA guidelines for food prep. Just some suggestions. Do...

Not sure why so many neg reviews but compared to a lot of other places in this town thus place is hundred times better. Recently moved here from New England and my expectations are high as it is. I've been trying different places around the area and I've found this place to be great not the best but great again I have very high expectations. They have actual 16inch pizza which is a real large not like all the other places with there barely 14 inch. Pizza taste really good too not once got a bad pizza here . I've also had there steak bombs which are packed with meat and cheese unlike some places who signature sandwich is the steak and cheese not gonna name that place bit I'm sure you can figure it out. They use 2 6 inch rolls for there large with is different but I'm ok with that. I find that easy for sharing you know your getting to even 6 in sandwiches to share. And customer service there this place definitely takes care of their customer satisfaction I recently recently had a mishap on one of my sandwiches and they made sure to take care of me and correct the issue with no hassle. I found that the people that work there are friendly and know what they're doing they're not slow-paced people behind the counter they are actually motivated and fast-paced to get their job done and to make sure customers get there food with out waiting so long. I will continue to order from them and I hope people who may have had some issues in the past with them give them a second shot because they are...
Read moreSEE UPDATEBeen in Spring Hill for 25 years. Padula's has been our neighborhood Italian takeout. If you haven't tried them, do it. One of the best in Spring Hill. If you had a bad experience, stuff happens. The key is will they make it right? Ask for Jas:on, the manager, he'll make it right....and then some. That's all I can ask for, aside from the good food.**
