Paisano's Pizza 'N Pasta — Restaurant in Florida

Only if their customer service was as good as their Sicilian Pizza. This is a family owned restaurant which means they give give less about customer service or your experience there. If you call they might hang up on you, then won't give you your order total until you arrive, which will be a lot more expensive than their online menu and in restaurant menu. One thing their pizza is amazing, especially the Sicilian, just expect to pay through the roof. The two waitress and miserable. The main cook does make fresh dough, but if you open at 3pm, don't arrive at 3 to prepare dough. Arrive an hour early, so you can actually have pizza available when you open. Nothing but attitude and them acting like they're bothered by the fact they have to serve you. No "Welcome to Paisanos" or "Thank You's." The lady's will just leave your pick up order on the table for whomever to rummage through it, without saying "So and so, your orders up." They'll just plop it on the order desk and walk away. The main pizza guy can be real businessman sometimes and is generally an easy going guy. Their cooking is very good I'd give it 4.5 stars but their customer service is a 1. I usually order from here because it's close and the family loves it. Paisano's Pizza 'N Pasta has the best Pizza by far in the area, it puts all the other Pizza places to shame. It is all fresh products and homemade sauce. Ever since the 1st time I ordered from Paisanos's Pizza 'N Pasta I have been in love with all of their food even their Cheese Steak Sub and Chicken Parmesan Sub. I would recommend Paisano's to every one who enjoy's a solid family owned Pizzeria. The food always comes super fast and is always hot and ready to eat. I'm so glad I found out about Paisano's. I am now a regular customer and would just like to say thank you so much to all the staff and ownership. Keep up all the hard work it definitely shows in the quality of the food. DOWNHILL in every aspect!! This place used to have amazing food and despite their lack of customer service skills since the beginning, I have always given this place a chance. Their pies and taste of their sauce has completely changed and it's disgusting. The wings I ordered were the size of bat wings and a complete disgrace for the price they charged for these miniature abominations. Then comes the mensa candidate taking phone orders.. I had to explain, repeat, and review my order several times to this lady and still seemed confused at such a simple request (for only two items). God forbid you ask them to add fresh chopped Garlic to your dish, being at an Italian restaurant, the staff didn't know how to prepare that or how to handle such a unique request.
