We went to this restaurant for the first time. I can honestly say it was just ok. Nothing that I would go back for. They could also use some customer service training. I ordered chicken which only came with rice no salad no plantain just basic.Again nothing you brag about with this meal. Also got the fried goat witch was tender the black rice is plain with no distinct flavor. Could’t eat there as this is no place to sit in and eat. Not welcoming for a sit down meal. Read moreI’ve been searching high and low for Haitian food that tastes like my boyfriend’s mom made it and I finally found it! I’m heading back there now as I type this actually lol.
My boyfriend and I both had legume, sos pwa, and diri blan and it was amazing. Oftentimes Caribbean food can cause my stomach to burn after I eat it because of the grease, but not this plate.
I highly recommend this place, especially if you’ve never tasted Haitian food before because this is what it should taste like!

Read moreI typically don’t leave reviews but the food was horrible. I called for pick up, she decided to put up the food when I got there. The plate were $17 each. Salty meat, bland rice, dirty looking sauce, nasty pikliz ( the water in the pikliz was white ). Everything tasted old as if it was going bad. The portion was not worth the money!
