Palumbo's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Florida

I have never eaten here but my review is not for the food but for Mark and his overwhelming kindness and humanity. For those of you who don't know, mark is a hero and he deserves to be recognized for what he did publicly. The following words are not mine but the person he helpeds mother so I thought I would share it.: "Last week, I found myself in a frightening situation. I was stuck by the side of the road with my two-year-old daughter, Quinn, who was having a seizure. I felt completely helpless and didn’t know what to do. Then, Mark appeared and came to our rescue.

He made sure we got to a safe parking lot, got me some water, and stayed with us until I felt calmer and Quinn woke up. After she was better, he also hurried us to the hospital.

I want to say a big thank you to Mr. Mark. Quinn is doing well now, and I've told my husband he can’t leave town again!

As a first time customer, I was a little apprehensive in ordering a take out pizza online from Palumbo's.

On arriving there, it was like a beehive of activity. They were CRAZY BUSY. People filled the tables eating delicious looking food and some waiting for their takeout orders. The salads looked really fresh and the pizza looked and smelled heavenly!

My pizza was not ready when I arrived so I sat at the bar to watch the goings on. There were professional pizza makers churning out amazing looking pizzas with fresh toppings. They looked good enough to eat uncooked!

I spoke with the owner who was hustling around making sure everyone was taken care of and things were running smoothly.

Our pizza, a large supreme, was in one word; AMAZING! Warm and delicious with loads of fresh toppings and all at a fair price! Needless to say, Palumbo's is our new "go to" pizza restaurant!

I and my family have been long time customers here. We got some wings with our pizza and the wings were veey dry and very soggy, so we called to let them know about the wings and after explaining it we were put on hold and then we were informed someone will call us back with no explanation and no apology. No one called us back so they just ignored the situation and hung up on us.

We were not even complaining nor asking for a refund, but how they handled this was terrible and now I have to update my review from a 5 star to a 1 star because they made it very clear they do not care.

The 1 star is due to the very poor customer service. At least the pizza was good, but unfortunately we won't be going back here ever again.
