Crazy cool bugers, staff was great even thoughit was the end of there shift on a weekday and watched them close around us yes we were lucky to catch them open that late after moving that day and after the hurricane Ian. and the staff was cool, fun and inviting... i even told the personi was with, loved the music even asked my phone "who this was" playing now over the speaker system.. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because of marking in this area 5 brothers is associated with pizza! So hench my confusion walking through the door and having to adjust quickly to a different menu... 5 guys... 5 brothers... lol!!! I was tired beat up and exhausted... Distinion!!! I went to this Five guys on 12/29/21 around 1pm. It took 35 minutes to get one burger and a small order of fries. As I sat down to eat, the manager told his employee to LOCK THE DOORS so more customers wouldn’t come in. So the employee went around and locked about 20 people inside the store and another 10 people who were sitting outside waiting for their food out without telling annoying what’s going on. I finished eating promptly and unlocked the front door so I could leave. The store is clearly understaffed. I empathize for the manager. He seems to be managing an understaffed store but I will never agree with the decision to lock the doors while you still have patrons inside. This...

EVERY TIME I visit a 5 guys location , I get screwed out of my food. They get my order wrong every time & I'm not exaggerating. It's gotten to the point to where I cry when I get home because I hope that maybe just once they would get my order right and I don't want to be rude and pull my burger apart right in front of them to check and make sure they got it right but every time I get home and it's wrong. I've complained about this a few times before my post and nobody's ever done anything about it.
