Papa Clyde's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Florida

I've always enjoyed this ice cream parlor in spring hill but recently I have run in to issues, mainly with one particular employee. He always seems to have an attitude problem when I have gone in and tonight was no exception. I was waiting in line with a couple friends when we started hearing slamming and cursing. It turned out to be the employee behind the counter. It looked like he dropped someone's order behind the counter and I'm not sure if he was upset with himself or the customers, but regardless he started cursing and slamming the utensils and the case doors. He was giving the customers a hard time with their order and making a scene. Several other customers started staring and one women had a toddler who started crying with all the noise. I ended up just leaving, my friends and I didn't even bother getting anything because we didn't wanna deal with the attitude. It makes for an uncomfortable situation and this isn't the first time. Love the ice cream but something has to change with that employee... Have never caught his name, just remember long blonde hair, maybe high...

I have been there a couple of times because I want to support local business over the big guys, but I'm not going to be doing that anymore. Went in there with my nephew for some ice cream, and we were both very excited. When we got there, this blond hair worker was anything but nice to us. Hardly seemed like he wanted to be there, let alone seemed bothered by our presence. I told him the order for my nephew, and he seemed annoyed by it, so I didn't even give him my order. When it came time to pay, he was mumbling in a very low voice asking if we wanted our recipt. Twice he asked but in a very low and incoherent manner. Then almost shouted the third time as if I was at fault for not being able to make out his mumbling. So yeah never going there again and unless any other guests want to get yelled at, I advice they stay away from...

Service Tuesday 4/30 PM hours: stopped in for ice cream. Young gentleman (very disrespectful and un-accommodating) working the counter took initial orders and dropped bag of 4 orders of ice cream and they fell over. He said he would take care of it. From that point he had a childish attitude slamming items around the store. I don’t know if his attitude was toward himself or towards us but very unprofessional and childish like a little b!tch.
