Paris Bakeshop & Cafe — Restaurant in Florida

I arrived with coffee and breakfast on my mind and received exactly what I was looking for. I was surprised to see what used to be the Coffee Factory at Waterford Lakes display a sign outside announcing now they are the Paris Bakeshop and Cafe! My eyebrow raised and I was taken aback for a moment, thinking they might not be open yet. Once I saw a lighted Open sign in their window I was so pleased to walk in and check out their menu!

All the most creative flavors of lattés their ever could be, seemingly, were listed there for me to choose from. Already I couldn't wait to come back to try all the different variations of syrup combinations they offer! I had to select one just for today to begin this journey. I ordered a two eggs on a croissant breakfast sandwich. It truly hit the spot!

I am so impressed by their display case of bakery items! So many sweet and decadent-looking choices. Just wow!

Their quiche is originally what I would have ordered up, but it says clearly on their current menu, "Coming Soon!" Perhaps I will visit every Sunday for the advent of this dish! I simply adore quiche. Until then, there are plenty of other eats to tide me over while enjoying yet another Specialty Latté.

Looks like this business is just getting settled in their new spot. They only menus when we arrived were handheld ones affixed to the glass display case. I enjoyed leisurely selecting my coffee and breakfast at the table anyhow, as there was much to oggle and consider! I did witnessed them hanging their large, newly written menu for all to see. I wish them luck! Will be back...

I've been here a bunch of times. Alex and crew are lovely. Alex makes all the food and it's marvelous and almost everything is delicious.

They have both coffee and tea, the hot chai is so good.

Highly recommend this place. Good food. Good drinks. Good staff. Not super expensive.

The cookies, cakes, macarons, etc. are so soft and fluffy and good.

I have been here more than 60 times over various iterations of the shop in the last 4 years. I live next door, literally.

Service style has changed drastically. Food menu has changed drastically. Tea selection has changed drastically.

Coffee selection I have been told has remained quite large and plentiful.

Staff is friendly and polite and answers questions. Alex's homemade pastries are quite delicious. Whether you decide to choose a sausage and cheese croissant, a macaron duet, or a bag of madelines. They are made with care and quite tasty. This is not a paid advertising. Alex is just a great baker

The truth is that the food here has always been quite delicious. Today's experience started very underwhelming with the cashier who wore a pink key around her neck. Her customer service, to say the least, was non-existent. As we sat through our breakfast, I was able to see multiple interactions that she had with multiple customers where she was quite rude. The only reason I outlined it was that we came to celebrate a birthday as per family tradition.

The food was good enough today, even with exceptions like my corque madam being served as a corque monsier. Truthfully, the food alone will not keep people coming back if the customer service does...
