My first slice at Pizza Valdiano was nothing short of amazing. For my second visit to Pizzeria Valdiano, I decided to try the baked ziti—and it was a flavor explosion! Normally we have a good experience but tonight we ordered 3 of the 2 slice and a drink specials and was told there was a wait of about 10 min. We were totally fine with that. It was busy. After about 10 min I went up and asked if we would get the slices at the counter or if they would bring them to us. They said they’d bring to us. And it would just be a few more minutes. 10 minutes later I asked where our slices were. We could see they were delivering to the table lots of other slices and the people orders after us. When I asked they looked confused and said 5 more minutes. Another 10 minutes later I asked again. We waited nearly 35 minutes at this point and they said another 5 more minutes. We now were pressed for time and had to get to a show at the Dr Phillips Center downtown and couldn’t wait any longer. Still no food and I just asked for a refund. They gave me the refund and we left. Hungry and now no time to grab anything else elsewhere. Very disappointed in the service. We order from Valdianos weekly for delivery and this will be my last time there. I get it places are busy and we were waiting without any complaints. But then when we were looking for the food it was just brushed off and no one seemed to care we had waited over a half hour for 4 cheese slices and 2...

Beware of ordering from this restaurant! Today my husband and I chose to order a $13.99 pizza from Pizzeria Valdiano in Waterford Lakes, Orlando FL. We ordered the pizza through a delivery site that represented the pizzeria in delivery. Intending for the order to be delivered, we paid and placed the order. Turns out the third party seller did not deliver and notified us immediately. Almost seconds after altering us, we called the restaurant to CANCEL the order we placed for 1 pizza. The restaurant denied the authorization to issue the refund for $13.99. As I tried to get in contact with the restaurant to figure out why, I was given this kind of customer service. The general manager refused to give me his name and consistently hung up the phone in my face. Everything including the service is included in the recording attached to this review. I will plan on taking this matter further and hope that my refund for $13.99 will be given back to me rightfully so. If you are having issues with third party delivery services, do not let them represent your restaurant.
