Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Alafaya

The customer service has consistently gone down since opening. Today was the worst ever. Ordered 40 boneless wings and paid. Was asked to go to the pick up space which isn't uncommon and not a big deal. Normally takes 5 to 10 minutes to get the order when it happens After 10 minutes we were told it would be another 6 minutes. During that time 4 other families were served from the pick up parking and probably a total of 8 families all together including the drive through. After another 10 minutes went in because my sister had to pick up her son. So I had to leave and come back because 20+ minutes wasn't enough time to complete my family's order. I told them they should have a few fries and sift drinks waiting for the severe inconvenience. I come back and check for sauces. They notoriously forget to give you any and for some reason that 1 sauce is good for 20 wings unless you want to pay more. I look inside my bag to check and they gave me 2 of the wrong sauce for 40 boneless wings. When I asked for it to be corrected I was handed 1. I told them I need more than one for 40 wings and a family of 4. After this becoming a 40 minute trip for a location a little over a mile from home I asked where the fries and drinks were for the inconvenience. I was handed 1 small fry. I said that doesn't correct the mistakes of today. I was told if I wanted more I could buy them. Sk I could wait another 10 or 20 minutes. I told the manager it was unacceptable customer service and if that was his solution I wasn't coming back anymore. He said good we don't need your business dont come back anymore and have a good day. I hope the owner reads this and...

Really disappointed in the overall experience. Me, my wife, and 3 small daughters ate here waiting to see a movie next door 12/6/15 and it cost us $40. That would be OK if we left full or even hungry with good food in our bellies. My wife got the bacon philly. It was one small Steakum patty and a lot of bread. The two youngest got the chicken finger baskets. Not sure if anyone remembers the chicken patties from school that where possibly made of sponge, but that is exactly what the chicken was like. The oldest got a buffalo chicken philly that had all the appearance of a veggie delite since we were left hunting for the meat! I had the small chicken philly ordering last since I was concerned I would have to go get a bank loan to fund lunch ordering anything larger. If you see the picture of the nice thick sliced chunks of chicken breast on the menu enjoy it! The reality was a rectangle slice of white pressed chicken that looked like a slice of ham luncheon meat that the cook grilled and chopped up. I am still in a debate with my stomach on what I actually sent down to digest. Look I'm not usually critical at food places since the invention of chicken nuggets and our desire as a society to settle for convienence, but to pay that much for "authentic" philly sandwiches and get what we got is sad. So can you believe I asked these people to make something they have the ingredients for and they refused it. I will never ever in my life ever set foot into this establishment again nor will I ever recommend anyone to go here and I will see to it that anyone who I know does never set foot into this establishment.

So here's the funny thing, they have chicken strips they have bread they have cheese they have mayo that means they can make a chicken strip sub. But they refused it. I guess they must be making some really good business to refuse business. Do yourselves a favor there's so many choices on this trip that are way better than them. Just stay away from this place. I promise you it will be good for you.

So I was about to walk away but the guy inside the store decided to get snippy with me because I was taking pictures. This is the guy who denied me the meal. Now he wants to try to do something and it's too late. By the way this guy was pretty rude on his second approach to me.

I've heard overall this place is not that great anyways they are a Jersey Mike's wannabe but they don't come close to the quality or products that Jersey Mike's has so at the end of the day Charlie's is just a second rate Jersey subs who doesn't really carry the quality or the intelligence to run a business.
