I don’t know why there’s not many GREAT reviews for this place but after today we found our new go to for FOOD! First, Kristen was our server and she was top notch, the sweetest and answered all of my questions, (I had a bunch, bless her heart if I got on her nerves with the 50 questions she didn’t let it show ) she had great food recommendations so we ordered a bunch of stuff bc we had never ate here before and I wanted to give more reviews on a variety and make sure to post pictures. Y’all everything we ordered was Amazing!!!! Not one bad thing to say. Portion sizes were perfect. You get your moneys worth here!!! For appetizers, we got the Dill pickle chips and their sauce they serve with it is so good not a typical ranch dressing but some kinda Romaluade sauce, I’ll be honest I was nervous bc it wasn’t ranch but it was yummy and paired perfectly with it!!! We also ordered the Davy Jones Ahi Tuna and it was Great!!! I got a Cesar salad ( Kristen said they make the Cesar dressing in house )and my husband got the House salad ( with balsamic vinaigrette dressing) both were great and the salads were big enough one could just eat it as a meal. I also ordered a cup of their Clam chowder also homemade and it was yummy! For our main dishes my husband got the Mahi Tacos. I tasted them and they were superb he really liked them too! I ordered the Monster Lasagna and it was delicious exactly what it’s called monster bc after all that food I was like no way I could eat all that but it was to die for the layers of cheeses ,meat, sauce and noodles were evenly consistent. They also make the sauce homemade! Presentation for All the dishes was great it never even seemed like Bar food and that was cool! Kristen said everything we ordered was really great choices and I’ll say I most definitely agree . We were super stuffed and happy and we had to take home to go boxes. My husband drank 2 coors light and he said they were good and cold. I ordered a lemonade and it came in a big ol glass and tasted great. Our entire meal was 10/10 One last thing, I noticed a jar on the bar and I just had to know what it was just another question, well apparently it is a signature drink called the Larry ( owners name ) can’t remember the whole name. I don’t really drink if I do it’s once in a blue moon and it’s gotta be a girly drink that taste like kool-aid but Kristen brought us a small sample and yall it was like the Lords Supper in a Glass. I took a To-Go cup home. So Mr. Larry your drink just might turn me to drinking, It is so very delicious. Thank you guys for ending our Sunday with a great meal and great service and I’m so glad we finally stopped by. We will be back gotta try those desserts and the rest of the menu and...
Read moreManagement can thank Dee behind the bar for this review. Yesterday at lunch my husband left his credit card there. We called last night to make sure it was there and not stolen. We were told to call back another time when they were not so busy. That was just the start of the terrible experience. After waiting on the phone for 15 minutes someone finally confirmed the card was there. I went in at 3pm today to pick it up. Our waitress from the previous day asked Dee behind the bar to help us 3 times. Instead of taking 30 seconds to get my card she ignored me for 20 minutes. I finally went up myself and asked her to take a few seconds to get my card. I was there with my 6 month old and just wanted to get in and out. She told me that she needed to continue to help everyone else. Finally she took a second to go in to the cash register (she had been in that register 3 times while I was there to take other peoples payments) to get my card and confirmed it was mine. It took less then a minute to do that. Then she found it necessary to tell me that next time I should make sure not to come when they are so busy. (Again it was 3pm. Not lunch time) Well, don’t worry Dee and the rest of the staff, we will never be back at all. I used to come in once a week for lunch and my local business would bring staff for birthday events. None of us will be back again. You have officially lost a loyal customer. Thank you for...
Read moreI took four friends to the Pirates Well for lunch on Cinco de Mayo. When we were done eating I took all of them home to drop them off. I then went to where I was staying and got cleaned up and did some paperwork. I went back to have dinner by myself 5 hours later because the food was good. I heard the bartender yelling to the owner that I had been in there earlier that day, so he came over and kicked me out. I wasn't doing anything wrong. I had not been drinking, and there was no reason for them to turn me away from having dinner there. I was on vacation, and that was the closest place to where I stayed and I had been there numerous times before that with no issues. I thought the idea of having an establishment that you can eat in was too obtain repeat business. I was totally disappointed with this disrespect especially after tipping over 25% to that bartender on a bill that was over $120. I paid for the whole party myself. I have been back down to North Palm numerous times. I have never set my foot inside their door again. There is nothing they can do to make up for this rudeness, and the embarrassment it caused. Spend your money somewhere else because this place is a joke, and Natalie is the worst bartender...
