Tenaga Kava is truly paradise 🌴 It’s not only a home away from home, but the people here do become part of your family. Their drinks and products are top quality and tasty! The vibe is friendly, welcoming and warm 😊 The owners and staff go above and beyond on the daily as well as during the holidays! They also host themed ‘game night’ events to participate in on different nights of the week! It’s a great place to relax and unwind after a long day or to set up with your laptop to work/study for the day. With it’s calm atmosphere and authentic island decor, you are transported to your own little sanctuary. They also have multiple gaming consoles with a variety of games to play, including the new Xbox and VR! All the bartenders are very knowledgeable on all the products they offer and are super friendly. There is always a good time to be had when you are here! The best part… they are dog friendly! Definitely recommend making this a place to stop by when you’re in Palm...

One of the worst hookah experiences I’ve ever had.

I bought my friend to experience the best hookah but we genuinely regret coming to this place. The hookah was awful—burnt, harsh, and clearly made by someone who had no idea what they were doing. But what really made this a horrible experience was the customer service, or complete lack of it.

The staff were rude, dismissive, and made it seem like we were bothering them just by asking for basic things. We had to repeatedly ask for coal changes, and even then, they took forever to respond—when they did at all. And here’s the kicker: they actually charged us extra for every single coal, despite the hookah being nearly un-smokable from the start.

There was no hospitality, no interest in customer satisfaction—just a money grab with zero quality or care. For the price they charge, you’d expect at least decent service and a hookah that doesn’t taste like burnt plastic.

Never coming back. Don’t waste your time...

Great kava But horrible service. I came there with a couple of friends of mine, had 2 dirties and 1 krartem tea. Was there for about 2 hrs then left and came back to hang out. Was still feeling it from the drinks earlier didn’t want to get anything just yet. The bartender kept insisting if me and my friend wanted anything, seemed upset when we said “no” she then repeatedly asked us the same question like 10mins later. Once we said we were good , she told us “The bar is for customers only and if your not going to drink anything could you please go out side” as blown away as I was. My friend was just turned off about the whole thing. I reminded her we were there and bought drinks, her reply “really? There’s many faces that come in hear can’t remember all of them” I guess she has short term memory” never will I go back again.
