I finally got to visit Little Lingonberry and had the most wonderful experience. They have two locations, and I went to the one inside the Promenade Shopping Plaza in Palm Beach. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels both cozy and artisanal.
I came specifically to try their Dubai pistachio brownie, and it completely exceeded my expectations. It was rich, perfectly sweet, and had such a deep pistachio flavor honestly one of the best brownies I’ve ever had.
What truly sets this bakery apart is their commitment to making everything from scratch. From the sourdough bread to the pastries and desserts, everything is baked in-house with so much care and attention to detail. I even got to see the team working in the kitchen, which made the experience feel even more special.
I had the chance to meet Feliz, one of the chefs behind the creations, and she was incredibly kind and passionate about her craft. Can’t even taste the lingonberry, supposed to be a turkey sandwich, but that turkey slices disappeared in that oven while was heated up to hell hot. Definitely not recommended...
