Well, my wife just came home from being in the hospital for 5 months after contracting COVID. There were many days when the doctors were telling me that she was not ever going to come home. She made it through by the grace of God! And the very first thing that she wanted me to order for her to eat was a slice of her favorite deep dish Pizza Hut Pizza! The pizza arrived earlier than expected, it was beautifully made, perfectly cooked, and still nice and hot! On top of that, the driver that brought my order even remembered my dogs from the last time I had ordered many months ago when my wife was home. I felt as though one of our neighbors had just brought us a meal for dinner. The whole experience was very comforting, and it made my wife happy, which right now means everything to me! 10 years ago this place was one of the best because they have degraded I have the product today I ordered and unfortunately I will never order again in my life unless I find out that they returned to their old quality but with this quality really the only thing they are getting is to make a fool of this company and they are losing money because every day they have fewer customers
It’s incredible how a company doesn’t make a change to earn more money. It’s impossible that they don’t see the difference in profits. I’m 100% sure that 10 years ago they had more sales than now
If the leaders don’t mind improving the service, I don’t mind buying the product

Driver shows up, said he needs cash for the order. Won’t leave. I showed him I already paid for the order, it was debited from my bank account.
Driver waits outside. I call the store. Per the receipt (picture below) their system directly says COMPUTER GLITCH. The store accused me of placing a cash order. They said I needed to pay again. I refused because I already PAID for the order and wasn’t handing over cash that I wouldn’t get back.
Doesn’t end there… I open the the food…a CHUNK was taken out of the breadsticks! A WHOLE CHUNK. Like someone ripped it off or bit it…
I called again, at this point I’m furious because something is clearly going on.
They said we were liars and put us on the do not deliver list.
