I live near the Starbucks on 120th st and 125th ave, so I always order from them instead. But when I’m at work, my coworkers and I always order from this one since it’s the closest one to us. When it’s slow, our delivery driver is kind enough to go pick up our drinks and it’s happened 3 times where I order 2 green tea fraps for my coworker and I, and it comes back being something else. I order through the app so when the driver gets there, all they have to do is pick it up. I know what it’s like to get customers complaining about one little mistake as I am a store manager where I work, so I let it slide the first couple times. The fourth time, I decided to call and they suggested I go and pick it up but I wasn’t going to leave work nor was I going to make the driver go back. I told them I couldn’t and that I either wanted my money back or store credit for the 2 green tea fraps that came back as vanilla fraps, also I ordered 5 items this time. The stickers clearly said “green tea” and I don’t understand how they read vanilla and then stuck the sticker for “green tea” on it. The shift manager that night said she’d give me store credit for the 2 grande green tea fraps under my name and she also asked me when is the next time I’d go back but I don’t plan trips to Starbucks, it’s only if I want it in the moment. I went this morning to retrieve my credit and the store manager said that since the shift manager that night didn’t list it in her book, she was only able to give me a discount. I’ve spent more than $30 on just mistakes at this store and all she wants to offer is a discount? That’s ridiculous. I’m also vegan so I’ve never even drank the orders they’ve messed up on as I order with alternative milks and all the mistakes come back with regular milk. I am completely unsatisfied with my experiences with this location. Definitely recommend going to the on 120th st and 125th, they are much well organized and friendlier too. All I asked for was for 2 green tea fraps comped, that’s...

One thing that really stood out to me was the impressive variety of plant-based, vegetarian, and vegan options on the menu. It’s clear Starbucks is making a strong effort to cater to diverse dietary preferences, which is fantastic for anyone looking for thoughtful, inclusive choices.

Read moreAbsolutely terrible, I just can't understand why anybody would come to a place like this. There is a 1000 times better coffee at any mom and pop's place in all of South Florida. How could you compare Starbucks to an actual, authentic, Cuban, Dominican, or even puerto rican restaurant. It just doesn't make any sense. I can make better coffee in my own kitchen. All they do is add pounds of sugar to coffee, that's it!
It's nothing special, I just can't understand why it's so popular here in America. It's not even good coffee or good quality.
But I guess that's what sells here in America. You can literally take garbage and spray paint fake gold over it, and people will buy it. You can take a disgusting drink and simply add pounds of sugar to it, and they'll buy it.
I guess people will...
