I did an online order at 11:11 pm well aware that the store closes at midnight. I called to confirm if my order was ready and told them I was on my way. When my order was ready I booked an Uber round-trip ride less than 10 minutes away from my house to pick my food up and return home. When I arrived to the store the associates had me banging on the door for atleast 6 minutes before they let me come in and pick my food up. The Manager had such an attitude that was repulsive and disgusting. I came in and checked my food but since I was in a rush due to my ride waiting on me (which they eventually drove off due to my 5 minute limit being up) I hadn’t noticed that my Chicken sandwich was missing from my order until I got back home. She than sat there with the cashier to translate Spanish to English, cause she didn’t speak any English but have the nerves to argue with me. After a long, exhausting day of work, I ordered food for my family, hoping to make things easier by having dinner delivered. We were already paying an overpriced amount for the food and delivery, but when the order arrived, they didn’t deliver everything I paid for! Not only did they mess up the order, but when I called to report the issue, the customer service was absolutely terrible.
