Wingstop — Restaurant in Leisure City

I did an online order at 11:11 pm well aware that the store closes at midnight. I called to confirm if my order was ready and told them I was on my way. When my order was ready I booked an Uber round-trip ride less than 10 minutes away from my house to pick my food up and return home. When I arrived to the store the associates had me banging on the door for atleast 6 minutes before they let me come in and pick my food up. The Manager had such an attitude that was repulsive and disgusting. I came in and checked my food but since I was in a rush due to my ride waiting on me (which they eventually drove off due to my 5 minute limit being up) I hadn’t noticed that my Chicken sandwich was missing from my order until I got back home. I’m more upset at the fact that so much money was blown over this basic meal and I didn’t even get everything that I ordered. I will NEVER come to this location again, the night crew manager is so RUDE. They made a mistake with my order, so I drove all the way back and showed them. She than sat there with the cashier to translate Spanish to English, cause she didn’t speak any English but have the nerves to argue with me. I paid with my hard earned money, and wanted something after quick after a long day at work. The sad part about this, is that this place is New and been having bad problems with wrong orders, rude employees, unprofessionalism and extreme long wait time (even after you order online) you still get there and wait even longer. They need training, they to learn from Chick-Fil-A associates, cause this is NOT Acceptable. I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this Wingstop in Naranja, FL. After a long, exhausting day of work, I ordered food for my family, hoping to make things easier by having dinner delivered. We were already paying an overpriced amount for the food and delivery, but when the order arrived, they didn’t deliver everything I paid for! Not only did they mess up the order, but when I called to report the issue, the customer service was absolutely terrible. The employee didn't seem to care about the mistake and didn’t offer any solution. When I asked for the missing items to be delivered, they actually hung up on me.
