I’m not one to do this often, and honestly you must’ve really done something wrong in order for me to leave a negative review. Tonight was the worst service I have ever encountered ANYWHERE. Every single employee i have talked to directly is rude and have no respect to their customers. They have the nastiest attitudes and have no business working in the service industry. Tonight was the final straw and Popeyes will never receive My business ever again. A mobile order was placed by my significant other and since he paid I was picking up. I go through the drive-through and they tell me that I have to go inside because the drive-through isn’t working. I figured it be simple because all I’m doing is a mobile order so I let them know that, she repeated back to me what she originally said but a different tone, and spoke to me like I was dumb. Her delivery was rude and nasty. I pulled it together because I was about to get nasty back and Went inside. I told her I was there for my mobile order gave her the number Of the order. She asked for my name and I told her the name on the order which would’ve been my partners since he’s the one who placed the order. she asked to see the orger on the phone so I showed her the screenshot He sent to me to pick up the order and she told me that she couldn’t give it to me because it was a photo. I have never had to experience this in my life and yet, this policy isn’t universal Because other people who are picking up their orders, did not have to show proof of the order nor prove who they were. Read moreI always love me some Popeyes. And their food is always good. Things that I don't like is they don't know how to hold on to good customer service. You will see one time that they will have customer service real good and next thing you know I don't know if they fire the people who was good or the people that was working there the bad ones ran them off which that's how it usually work in businesses with poor management. but they need to do a better job with customer service. They are just too hood. You can see that they try sometimes and some of the people that's there it's pretty good. But it's not consistent throughout each and every employee that goes to show you that you don't have a good system or good management that enforces the system that where everybody acts the same when they greet a customer, suggest a sale to a customer or, serve a customer. One day I went there and one lady was very nice she asked me what do I would like, she suggests a sale like an apple pie or a drink with my order and she repeated my order to ensure that it is correct and when I got up to the counter she asked me again to confirm my orders that is called customer service and that is how you treat all your customers and on all shifts. Not good coming in the afternoon you got one group acting this way and then you come later on in the evening another group acts another way. I call that poor management. Read moreI am a customer of Popeyes and I am also a Doordash driver. I went to pick up an order at this location a few days ago and let me preface this by saying that I begrudgingly accepted the order because I already knew how it would go. I have been to this location about 3 times and every single time, I have an excessive wait time(even when no cars are on the lot or drive thru). I am always treated rudely. The last time, was my final time at this store. I asked the manager 3 times if the order was complete because she just sat the bag on the counter and walked away. She was wearing a headset and was sweeping the floor as well. I am deaf in my left ear and have hearing loss in my right ear so I need to see lips and facial expressions when trying to converse. The first two times I asked, she was speaking to someone in the back about a drink and sweeping so she was not looking at me at all. The third time, she very rudely laughed and said, " the order was waiting for you and I told you that." I told her that I apologize but could not hear her and that there was no need to be so rude. She just laughed and kept sweeping while mumbling something I couldn't hear. I left and won't be back.
