Isabela Latin Seafood — Restaurant in Florida

Two my girlfriends and I went here on a whim as it landed in between our three addresses. The ratings were good so we thought, what the heck! We were incredibly surprised by how much we liked it. It's nothing to look at, in a little strip mall, but the inside is very cute and clean. our waitress could not have been kinder and more accommodating despite a language barrier - none of us speak Spanish and she spoke very little English. We had two bottles of wine, two huge appetizers, and then a couple more appetizers as we were already full, and everything was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. The seafood ceviche served in a huge shell was exceptional but the Cuban style shrimp cocktail has us dreaming about going back daily! Lobster tacos were delicious, as were the empanadas. I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The seafood was incredible—fresh and expertly prepared. Each dish was not only delicious but beautifully presented, making our meal a feast for the eyes as well.

What truly stood out was the impeccable care we received as a family, especially with our almost 2-year-old in tow. The staff, particularly Nani, went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable. Her kindness and patience with our little one made all the difference, allowing us to relax and enjoy our meal without worry.

This place was disappointing for my family. The waitresses were attentive, but the service was terrible. For a super small place, the wait was very long. We had to ask them to bring us water, to pick up our dishes, to bring us the bill. TACT, A LOT OF TACT. Because they bring you a first receipt that doesn't specify by name what you consumed, after waiting a while they bring you another receipt that doesn't have the same price as the first one, and it's because they include the tip WITHOUT TELLING YOU, they include a fee for using the card WITHOUT TELLING YOU. It's ridiculous and extremely expensive. And we really feel bad, because our expectations were different. Nothing, this is America and thank God there are other businesses that deserve us to be...
