This is my second time leasing from this locations first lease was paid off and I ended up having to lease again needed a living room. So I go to the location to pay my bill this past Saturday it was closed so there is a huge sign on the window this location is open on Sundays, so I go online to the website and it says the hours on Sundays are from 12pm-5pm so I go around 1:30pm they are still closed. So this is my second trip. I get a phone call this morning so I tell the guy on the phone I’ve came there twice over the weekend to pay my bill. He tells me well we are not open on Sundays, so I said when did this change again because you have this big sign on the window and on the website you have hours on Sunday, oh well this started a month in a half ago until further notice. Well I’ve been a customer for some time so when we’re they going to let the customers know because I wasn’t told last month when I went to pay my bill, there is no sign on the door and no notice was given to me. But when they changed there hours and decided to open on Sundays they made sure they told the customers and had noticed. How much you want to bet when I go in to pay my bill they are going to still charge me the $10 fee that they charge when they have to come out to your home. This will be my last...

they are very unprofessional and bad for business. when I went to the store to look for furniture i filled my paperwork out and the manager told me that I was qualified. She told me to put references on my paperwork just to get in touch with just in case they can’t get in touch with me when paying a bill. i was cool with that. i called to see when was my furniture being delivered and she told me she will give me a call back and when she gave me a call back the next day she told me i wasnt qualified for my furniture because she tried to reach my references. and i asked her well why would you call them if you can call me about my furniture being delivered I thought their number was on my paper just in case the store couldn’t reach me when I need to pay a bill that’s what she told me. with that being said she never mentioned to me that she wanted to have a conversation with my references first before my furniture getting delivered in the store when i paid my money.
