So here we go went through the drive lane order my food pay for it drove home open my burger wasn't the way I ordered it drove back went in side kindly explain what I ordered and it great service up until I received the second burger I opened that up right on the front counter laughed Shook my head and said yup still not right not sure if she is a Manger or not but she accepted the task of making my Apparently exstreamly difficult burger while I'm waiting for 3rd times a Charm lol the guy that made it the 1st and 2nd time if looks could kill I'm grown I don't have time for nonsense like that the lady hands me my freshly made burger now I didn't open it there because I know me and it wouldn't have benefited anyone especially me if I did and it was wrong so I drove home my son is staring in anticipation I open it up and wouldn't you know right back to burger number 1 so instead of driving back there and wasting my gas my time and my emotion level I decided to try to educate them this way that way everyone is safe and sound feelings and things don't get hurt. Are you ready for the exstreamly difficult burger I ordered that was just so impossible to make. A whooper with cheese Mayonnaise onions tomato all standard on a whooper here it comes heavy Pickle heavy ketchup. Now I'm not sure who ever is going to read this weather or not you personally have worked in the fast food industry I have second job when I was a very young teenager anyways what I ordered was not complex at all it wasn't and I gave them my time and the opportunity to correct the mistake but sadly 3 times your out I'm done there isn't any excuse for that. So good luck to anyone that does enjoy burger king you may want to think twice before going to the location on us1 and Roseland not opinion just the facts. Me personally I do enjoy burger King but I will personally try my luck at a different location. For the burger King crew that was there 3 individuals in specific do better it's not hard. All I'm saying is if you didn't understand me the 1st time nor the second time maybe just you should've gotten a full understanding of what I ordered Proper communication and understanding is key to everything. Read moreThe people that work in these restaurants are very nice so my review does not reflect on their performancerather on the indifference of corporate of seven restaurant who owns all the Burger Kings in Indian River county plus if fort Pierce. wabasso store had no ice today and they were out of burgers and the Roseland store had no ice!!! yet all their stores have huge signs advertising $1 bags ice it's the only business that I know that has ice machines that just can't seem to make them work efficiently! the regional manager put his name and number on the door and proclaimed give me a call if there's anything that you want to comment on yet as usual the voicemail is full and he is ignoring the calls to answer!! I don't know if Burger King corporate has any leverage over their franchises like McDonald's or Wendy's or the others but this group of seven restaurants doesn't seem to really care if they provide good...
Read moreThe girl at the drive thru checkout station met me with her facial mask below her chin. She took my card. She then poured my shake with her face pointed down over my milk shake. It has a large opening not like a soda. She brought my food to me still no mask on nor was she wearing any gloves. When I asked her why she didn't have any gloves on her hands she said that she washes her hands every 10 minutes. I told her to put her mask on. She looked at me with disgust and lifted back to cover her face. It is not like the television portrays about caring for everyone's safety. This is the Sebastian, FL store. I threw the milkshake out.
