so disappointed with the service. I placed an order for a 14’ pepperoni pizza and mozzarella sticks online through their website that pops up on google directly to them. when we went to pick it up i stayed in the car and my boyfriend went inside to get the order they were rude from the beginning to my boyfriend saying I didn’t order it there and they were too busy to help him. he called me so send him the receipt to verify, I heard then give my boyfriend attitude so I got down to see what was going on. Sal which I guess is the owner and some other lady kept telling us they didn’t have a ticket for my order. I pulled out my phone and showed them the website I ordered from and the receipt and he said everything was correct but he didn’t get the ticket and he couldn't do anything for us. as he said that a hispanic lady that was working there too said “remember that happened to a lady yesterday” and they looked at her dirty. I just got back in the car ready to call my bank to dispute. when my boyfriend came to the car the other lady was following my boyfriend still arguing telling him that we were wrong but when I showed them the receipt and the website the said I did everything correctly. so why not just give us our food then???? this is not the first time we gave problems with their service, we kept going back because the food is always good but I will not go back. the food is good but they customer service...
Read moreHad the worst experience at Primos. There was an older woman when I walked in that was rough and aggressive, not only with me, but with the young woman, she was training. Then immediately after that, another older woman from behind the counter, comes to the cash register and starts badgering the trainee girl about an order that she though the girl wrote, but she didn’t. And instead of asking her she immediately started belittling her in front of everyone in the pizzeria. The older women were very rude and aggressive. Then when it came to me again, rude and aggressive. This woman was arguing with me in front of customers. I told her she was being rude and passive aggressive. She told me no she wasn’t. Where ever I go to Primos it’s a wonderful experience. There’s an Indian Lady there she’s always calm, she’s nice but today she wasn’t there and it was the worst experience ever. If you don’t know how to treat your customers then you should not be in the front. If you don’t know how to control your emotions then you definitely shouldn’t be dealing with people and if you don’t like your job then you should get a new one. Read moreI went here once and it was fantastic, however, I came in here again today around 1:45 hoping to order a personal pan cheese pizza yet again. After saying what it is I want, the bald guy with glasses goes to try and convince me to buy two slices of pizza that was sitting out behind the glass with NO heat lamp or anything... Just cold, dead pizza on a tray. It didn't even have any sheen to the cheese, so it was dry, telling me that it was there for a while. Disgusting! I questioned him again, asking, "so you guys don't do personal pan pizza until after two." Because that was the sorry response he had given me beforehand. Instead of answering directly, he starts talking about how the cold, dry slices of pizza had just come out.... No where in the store or on the menu does it saying anything about this silly rule - because it don't exist.
I thought this was going to be a place I'd enjoy coming to from time to time. But just from the conversation with this manager or whom ever he is, it told me he cares more about having to throw nasty, unheated pizza away instead of ensuring his customers are happy and getting the food they asked for....
