Quench'd — Restaurant in Florida

This place is AMAZING. I know this may be an over share but I know there’s of you were out there that has the same issues as I do. I have always dealt with constipation and G.I. issues after drinking the shake and the hot tea I had the biggest blowout of my life and it wasn't painful there wasn’t any cramping. I feel like I just got a great cleanse and 5 pounds lighter. I might just be obsessed with this place can we talk about the smoothie? You guys it was so good I kept drinking it and as I'm thinking to myself holy-moly is this is healthy? There was no guilt to my smoothie because it's loaded with protein, vitamins, and a whole bunch of other good stuff that's good for us. Did I mention that they give you a really cool smoothie straw that's huge?

I cannot emphasize enough on how amazing the smoothie tasted, and how filling it was. I might just go back every day. I didn't take pictures. It was so good I couldn't stop consuming it! It was my goal to take pictures but I forgot to.... Ugh nevertheless I had to leave this review. It's literally the best healthy tasting smoothie I've ever had in my whole entire life! This place is lovely!

I'd heard good things from friends and wanted to check it out, so I did. As soon as you walk in, the atmosphere is very clean, calm, and relaxed. I was immediately greeted by a friendly woman whose name I did not ask, which is just bad manners on my part. She went over their menu with me, explained what they had to offer, and helped me pick a drink.

Unfortunately, I didn't think to take a photo of my drink until I'd been sipping on it for a while, but it's really good! Very sweet, and gave me plenty of energy to finish out my workday.

I don't know if they're always there, but there were also two cute little budgies near the back of the storefront happily chirping away when I arrived. They were shy, but I could tell they were well cared for. This obviously has nothing to do with the drinks here, but I feel like you can kinda tell a lot about people by how they treat their pets--especially small birds, who are often dismissed as decoration, or just left to themselves all the time.

Anyway, I look forward to coming back and trying out some of the protein shakes and other teas. This...

Easily my favorite place to come to on my days off! The shakes are usually my go to but they have plenty of different options; Waffles, Cookies, Donuts, Oatmeal Bowls, Açaí Bowls, Teas and even more! The store is a really down to earth and cute atmosphere, always decorated around Holidays as well! The service is what keeps me coming back, Lizzie and Val are some of my favorite people on Earth, and it’s nice to just sit down, get a shake, and hang out and talk with them. I can’t stress enough how much I appreciate them being here, seriously. It’s a second home to me and I can’t imagine me not going here when I have some free time.
