Horrible experience! Ordering system was kiosk based, I wanted the traditional sandwich I've always known and loved! The manager (not sure of his name) walked me through how to order on the kiosk screen (I didn't want tomatoes or black olives). He said order it as it comes and tell the girl making the sandwiches what I DIDN'T want on it so I did exactly that! I ordered 2 sandwiches (the other was the black Angus cheese steak with everything and SWISS cheese). So the girl makes both sandwiches, wraps them up, puts them in a bag and hands it to me. Upon opening both sandwiches, they were BOTH wrong! The 8" cheese steak had CHEDDAR on it (which was supposed to be on the traditional) and was MAYBE 6 inches). So I go back to to the counter, and explain to the girl making the sandwiches about the mistake. She immediately gives me an attitude and says "I made it like you ordered it!". I said "No you didn't....your manager told me to order it as is, and then tell YOU what I DIDN'T want on it....which if you remember was no tomato and no black olives..."
She continues to give me a rude attitude like I was annoying her or something.... puts lettuce and onion on it, barely wraps it back up and is still trying to tell me that she made it as I ordered it (with that same entitled snippy attitude) As she hands me the half wrapped sandwich back, half of it falls out! At this point I said "I just want my money back....I tossed the rest of the half wrapped sandwich over the plastic divider right where the other half that fell... And walked to the register to get my money back. The manager then proceeds to come out to the register and tells me "He will NOT have someone abuse his staff!" and asks me if I threw the sandwich at her (the girl making the sandwiches). As I began answering him to explain everything he interrupts me and starts raising his voice (almost yelling at me). At this point another customer who witnessed the entire exchange walks up and tries to tell the manager what just happened... The manager then proceeds to tell the cashier to refund my money and she asks me what happened. I told her she made not one, but BOTH sandwiches wrong and then gave me this snippy attitude. I got my refund and sadly will never visit any QUIZO'S again! Both the rude girl making sandwiches and the loud talking manager needs to be schooled in BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! I don't know, but MAYBE this is EXACTLY why Quizno's is...
