A Hidden Gem for Authentic Cuban Pizza

I never expected to find the best Cuban-style pizza in a gas station, but Rikats Pizza completely blew me away! As someone who grew up in Cuba, the pizza here instantly brought back memories of my childhood. It’s perfectly crispy, cheesy, and just like the pizzas I remember from home. Every bite takes me back to those simpler days, and it’s a feeling I didn’t know I missed so much.

The atmosphere at Rikats is always welcoming—friendly staff who greet you with a smile, and it’s great to see so many Cuban families enjoying the food. It really feels like a little slice of home. On top of that, the desserts are always a hit, and their shakes are out of this world! I never leave without a mango shake, and my wife swears by the chocolate one.

Overall, this place is a 10/10, hands down. It’s one of those true hole-in-the-wall spots you’d never expect but should absolutely try. Rikats Pizza proves you should never judge a book by its cover!

Never got a chance to try their food, but a lady there let her feelings get the best of her by a comment my dad made because he misunderstood me. She was in her gas pump, and over heard me telling my dad while he was pumping gas it’s time to pay and my dad said something untasteful, simply because he was hungry… and she took it way too personal and came up to me and basically wanted to start arguing with me, because she got offended with what my father said. I’ve ordered pizza three times from Rikat’s and each time, my order was wrong. The first time, I received a personal pizza when I tried to order a large. The second time, the pizza was a large but wasn’t anywhere close to the toppings I wanted. The third time, I ordered a large pizza in person, at the counter, mono e mono hoping that would solve the language barrier. Nope. This pizza did not include the toppings I asked for (jalapeños, pepperoni) and was basically all dough with moderate toppings. The flavor of their pizza can be good if done correctly.
