Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Florida

Terrible and unprofessional service. I walked in with my family with a bag of outside food, we asked if it was okay to eat our food first and then order some ice cream. The nice gentlemen behind the counter said it was okay as long as we ordered. One of my family members started to order while we sat and ate our food (again with intention to order ice cream when we finished our food). Mid way of finishing our food another employee walks in with a friend that was holding a bag of outside food and sat down. This employee proceeds to walk behind the counter and begins to yell loudly enough for the whole establishment to hear and tells us we need to leave immediately that we cannot eat outside food inside the ice cream shop. I asked if we could stay because we had intentions to eat ice cream after and he said no. Mind you, my sister was literally paying for her ice cream while this rude and unprofessional employee proceeded to yell at us. And on top of this, this employee had the audacity to walk in with a friend while carrying a bag of outside food. I’ve never seen such poor treatment to paying customers. I will never come to this unprofessional place again!

Had an amazing experience at Rita’s being helped by the manager Elad. I’ve passed this place so many times while shopping at KC Market and always told myself I’d try it sometime. I regret how long I took! On this wildly hot summer days, I brought the kids and we had an amazing experience. We got the ices and I loved the mango. The kids inhaled them! Ha truly amazing especially to combat the heat

My wife and I snuck a taste of their chalav Yisroel custard and all I can say is…we will be back very very soon for the full experience! You can even do a custard with coffee 🤯

Very deceiving. I LOVED Ritas. South FL does not have many locations, so i was very excited to learn of one being so close by. After my last experience, not so much! For one.. you advertised pics on google showing a beautiful store inside and out.. not really! This location is in a market with a tiny worn-out banner (almost didn't find the place). The custard cone was not custard at all, just a plain soft serve ice cream kid sized cone overpriced. Then to top it off, i cant just pay for it, now i have to wait in another line with the market customers to pay for the baby cone im already done with. Cashier, very nasty with a face of disgust. I won't be back! Just Horrible...
