I called to order my 8K TV (Samsung QN75QN900C ) as I was a bit apprehensive about ordering on-line. After talking to the head sales person, I was assured of the purchase, delivery and quality of the TV. The TV came within the time stated (

Sketchy. After reading lots of reviews I tried a purchase of a Samsung TV with an unbeatable price. As expected they called to confirm an additional "insurance" fee which I was ok with given the price was still excellent. I proceeded and eventually it came via a delivery company (with very bad communication). On arrival, they insisted on testing it and said it didn't work so they sent it back. I was told I'd be refunded which never happened. I had to dispute via credit card. At one point they called me and said it was working and asked if I wanted to take delivery. I'm guessing these are refurbished or something else...

Thank god I purchased this through eBay with their protections. It took over a month to receive the TV and I had an issue with it right away where I setup a return the very same day. It took them over a week to come get it. After it was delivered back to them all their communication ceased. I inquired multiple times about my refund and nothing but dead silence on their side. I ended up having to get eBay involved as it was fast approaching their 60 window to resolve such things. They fixed my issue right away, stay away from this company. Spend your hard earned...
