I wanted to acknowledge B and her all her close colleagues… Yolanda (who I was previously assisted by when purchasing a matching set of cherub angels as seen in the photo but forgot to post some time ago), Joe (who also recently helped me with 2 pendants) & Robbie who’s always resourceful. They were all so friendly and welcoming as well. It’s amazing to see how they all help and support each other and are willing to assist whenever and however possible. I was running B ragged with questions and concerns and Yolanda was right there ready and to help assist when she asked! Yolanda was just as involved as she displayed her eagerness to help when pulling up the item in the system to locate the information B was in need of. Finally, just as we were wrapping up the sale, Joe came over and offered to help clean, prepare and package the piece of Jewelry I was purchasing from B. I love seeing that genuine team effort as it is put into motion real time when I shop.

Earlier in the week, Joe helped me seal the deal on an amazing piece! What an amazing experience! Joe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He showed an incredible amount of patience as I was working through making the hard decision between choosing the right cross pendant for a loved one. He’s extremely professional and courteous. Highly recommend asking for Joe by name if and whenever you visit.

This weekend Joe was able to help me capture an additional pendant to help commemorate a special event in my life. This location has such a large selection to choose from at any given time. Come check them out! Keep up the great work team Value...

Unfortunately, I have to give these guys one star. I posted a previous review explaining how they low balled me. They tried to give me $50 for a 2020 MacBook and $20 for a Nintendo switch. The owner replied to my previous review stating that I did not have the charger for either and my screen cracked. He said, had the screen not been cracked and had I brought both the chargers. I would’ve received a higher amount. That is not true. The employees not only told me that if I got the charger for the switch, it would not change the price, but that they would only offer me 75 for the MacBook even with the original charger, the crack also was not on the screen. It was on the base of the computer. Less than 2 centimeters long. I went home, collected the original chargers to both brought them to a different pawnshop and received over $200 more than what they were offering. Do not waste your time trying to sell anything at this place. Take one look at how cheap they sell their items for and you will know it is not worth it to try to sell a single item here. Hate when store owners try to cover up their crappy behavior. This is not my first, second, or third time at a pawnshop. You guys low ball and lie about it....
