To all my fellow gluten free and celiac sufferers, I wanted to warn you of a misleading ingredient in the products here. They say it’s all gluten free and celiac friendly but that is not the case. There is gluten free wheat starch in many products which is not 100 percent gluten free. There are still amounts of gluten according to the celiac foundation and multiple nutritionists I have consulted. Not every bit of gluten can be washed off, which is why everything tastes like real gluten. In Europe gluten free products are made different and digested differently. The advertising should be gluten sensitive and not gluten free. There is still gluten in a lot of her products and when I confronted her she did not seem to care and hung up on me after spending a lot on foods that could make me sick. I will be reporting for safety and quality control and am trying to alert those with serious dietary problems. I’m not sure if it’s just that they’re European(although I am as well) or using it for monetary gain but I want my money back and the proper labels on...
Read moreDikla Delicious is by far the BEST gluten-free bakery I have ever visited. The quality of the products is outstanding — everything tastes fresh, homemade, and absolutely delicious. The breads are soft, the cakes are moist, and the cookies and pastries are full of flavor. It is truly hard to believe they are gluten-free because the taste and texture are perfect every single time.
What makes this bakery even more special is the variety they offer. There is always something new to try, from sweet treats to savory options, and each item feels crafted with care and passion. The consistency in quality is impressive.
On top of the amazing food, the service is excellent. Dikla is warm, kind, and welcoming, and you can feel the love she puts into her work. It’s not just about buying baked goods — it’s a full experience that leaves you happy and satisfied.
If you are looking for gluten-free options that taste incredible, this is the place to go. Even if you are not gluten-free, you will fall in love with this bakery. I can’t...
Read moreThis is a totally rare and amazing find! First off, what may not be completely clear is that the entire kitchen is gluten free and dairy free!! There are also numerous vegan options in which they remove the animal ingredients. (There is wheat starch in the challah from what I'm aware, cool for celiac, not for wheat allergies.) The store is very small and kind of hidden in the back, trust Google maps and keep you're eyes open. I addition to what's on the menu, Dikla has some special items from time to time, I bought Honey Cake and Pretzels!! both were amazing...the honey cake is essentially made with 6 ingredients plus whatever wizardry Dikla stocks in that kitchen and it was phenomenal. I also grabbed some challah and apple muffins - all with minimal, simple ingredients and taste better than anything else on the market for people with allergies or health concerns. I will be back again and again, do yourself a favor if your GF/DF!!
*also accepts and appreciates pre-orders so you can basically request anything she's...
