Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Florida

I'm on my giving 3 stars becues the Italian ice with custard is actually very good and the people have been nice...the 3 star is also becues me and my wife went there a week ago and had the pasion fruit with custard was very good so when we was there we seen they had Orange to...so we went there yesterday stayed in drive through for a wile on my to find out they only have Orange on certain days....was not very happy Orange is a very popular flavor why would you not have it everyday....get ride of the nasty flavors that are on there everyday and keep the good ones...makes us made becues we went 30 mins out of the way and we brought more people to try it...after this we will not be back becues who know what they might or better yet might not have next time...also if you don't have Orange all the time take down the pics of Orange drinks on your...

So my family and I just went back and very disappointed. I ordered a black and white shake which was more like a glass of milk and tasted very odd I can't even drink it it's sitting here on my coffee table. My wife ordered a large frozen coffee which was all liquid and it was so sweet she couldn't drink it either. The only person that was happy was my daughter who got a frozen lemonade. But my disappointment lies in the fact that you have to know the texture of things and had to know they weren't right but served them anyway. I feel like we just wasted $20 hard earned dollars on nothing but a frozen lemonade. It actually hurts to write this review since I was a customer of the first Rita's 40 yrs ago in Andalusia Pa.

I love Ritas! My daughter and I stopped in on our way back to Cape Coral after visiting Englewood, and we each got a gelati blender. Morgan was a perky, helpful and delightful server who laughed with us and made us smile. She also saw a lot of people sitting at the food truck tables in the lot, and cheerfully offered them samples, which in turn generated sales! We were so pleased with our treats, that when we were finished and ready to go, we bought 2 more to bring along.
