Great location for a sports bar - near shopping centers, other bars/restaurants and off of a main road.
We've been here a few times and everything has always been excellent! On the most recent visit (Friday lunch), a girlfriend and I came in shortly after they opened for some good food and drinks while we caught up They had a decent crowd for having had opened at noon - about 10 tables and some couples scattered at the bar.
If you ever come for sports games, they have projector screens on a few walls and TV's everywhere so no matter what game you're watching, you cannot possibly have a bad view. There is quite an abundance of seating as well but I can imagine that they still get packed for the big game days.
Service was welcoming and timely but not too much more to say past that. Our server was pretty quiet and only really responded with "sure" or "ok." Nothing wrong with that, just felt like pretty dry interactions. The server got everything we ordered down perfectly and brought us all we needed without really having to ask for it which was nice - she did a great job serving us and the other tables all on her own.
We enjoyed our own 10"pizzas and they both turned out so yummy! The crust is like a thinner hand tossed with great flavor and they are not shy with the cheese. Yum! Although I had to work and couldn't partake in happy hour, my friend did and enjoyed a twisted tea. Happy hour goes from 12pm-6pm and 9pm-close....

RonDao’s is hands-down one of our favorite spots in Fort Myers. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm, friendly smile at the door, and the hospitality continues throughout your visit. We've dined both inside and out, with friends and family, and every experience has been consistently wonderful.
We’re super happy we were recommended by our VFW veteran friends—what a fantastic tip! The food is absolutely delicious. The French onion soup and lobster bisque are rich and flavorful, and every salad is fresh and crisp. Their wings are the best around, and the peel-and-eat shrimp are always fresh and perfectly cooked. The pasta dishes melt in your mouth, and the pizza—wow! It’s the closest we’ve found to the incredible pies we used to get in Philadelphia.
My husband is hooked on the meatball subs, and even the takeout presentation is impressive—fries spilling out of the container like they just couldn’t be contained. The antipasto salad is loaded with meats and toppings, and although they forgot the dressing once, everything else was so amazing we didn’t even mind.
The salmon is absolutely to die for, and the pork & clams and NY strip steak are always cooked to perfection—even my picky husband was impressed. RonDao’s consistently delivers great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable meal...
Read moreOne of the spots we came across to browse and Google for places to eat while in the area for the day during our vacation. The reviews left for this place must be friends or family of people that work there because this place was ridiculous. Our waitress was even worse. First off ordered a bowl of lobster bisque which the waitress completely forgot to bring out but my food plate was the lobster ravioli and I figured because it’s Florida that they would make them fresh I asked the waitress if they were homemade and she said yes mind you this is a $15 dish when my food arrived I was greeted by a dish that look like it was soup rather than ravioli. Total raviolis on my plate six all the size of a Reesie‘s peanut butter cup and not one of them homemade all frozen boxed items from some restaurant depot or something like that. Now my wife’s food Was good but it’s kind a hard to mess up breaded shrimp the only bad thing about her plate and she found hairs in her baked potato. The kids ate their food because they don’t know what to expect other than food they don’t have taste like us adults yet. Very dissatisfied with the service and the quality/quantity of food provided for the price. Definitely would not recommend this place to a friend or family if they were going to Sanibel Island on vacation. And we definitely won’t...
