Really friendly service. The lattes are excellent here. Well worth it to stop by and try the various beverages offered here from lattes to smoothies and whatever you are thirsty for they can create. The entire build out is adorable from the Moose monument to the moose exit signs and the Moose themed mailbox. They didn't leave out any of the details. There's a walk-up window and two drive-thrus available to make your orders. Outside seating if you want to enjoy your coffee/beverage/desserts there. They carry Otis Spunkmeyer muffins and pastries to pair with your drinks as of 03/08/19. Plenty of options for anyone's taste. Be sure to pick up their loyalty punch card to get a freebie after it's filled (10 punches). today, I ordered myself & my daughter coffee. She’s 7, so I ordered her a decaf with caramel, she didn’t like it, I didn’t like it. I went back around the drive thru & explained she didn’t like it and asked if we could swap it out. The employee said no they can’t swap it out just because she doesn’t like it, but could if it was made wrong, per her boss. So I had to pay for another coffee. I understand we are all trying to make a buck in this messed up economy. But it cost less than a quarter to make a cup of coffee & you could have made it right by just exchanging it . I work in a restaurant, and I speak for my guests when they don’t like their food & will do everything I can to make it right to ensure they return. So, bcos of this I won’t return . I've been to this establishment several times and every time it has been a disappointment. I have returned in hopes it would improve. Unfortunately, today is my last visit. Today, my order was screwed up and I asked them to fix it. I am certain they took it back and did nothing. To add insult to injury, the little blond snot at the window was a little blond snot. Their beans are terrible, therfore their coffee is terrible. Their customer services is terrible. Perhaps the untraveled unexpereinced, humble folks of the Middleburg metroplex find this coffee shop acceptable, but if you've been around and had good expresso, you realize this establisment's esspresso based drinks are terrible.
