Its a little Ceasars....
The service seems to be on the decline at this location, The staff barely acknowledge your presence and seem uninterested in you as a customer. My last visit here was to collect a large order of pizza's for my daughters sleepover (pre-ordered). I pulled up to the drive through window and had to wait at least five minutes to even be acknowledged. Once i was the member of staff was extremely curt and short with me. I then waited a further ten minutes for them to gather my (again, pre-ordered) order together. They took payment, seemingly slung the pizza's at me then walked off without even seeing if my order was correct/complete. I then had to wait a few more minutes before i could attract someones attention to let them know i was missing two of the pizzas i ordered. The demanded my receipt and for me to show what i was given before gruffly giving me two more pizza's and walking off!
One thing that i did also notice during my extended periods of waiting was the state of the place, it looks like they don't clean as they should, there were bits of food, grease and god knows what all over the floor behind the counter.
This has always been a go to for a cheap, quick pizza provider for a lot of mouths to feed. But after my last visit there, it will no longer be visited by me, nor any member of my family. I will pay the extra and eat in a place that respects their customers, treats them nicely, and more importantly, CLEANS!
Edit: ok, a year later i try this location again, after all, it can't be as bad a year later, right? nope, it was worse! the drive through was backed up to the point where people are parked on the street, blocking traffic, so i park up and go inside. the store is full, no one (staff included) wearing masks of any description (given the numbers on Florida here of late i was hoping more businesses would be trying to do the right thing, at least by their staff), no partitions installed, and staff that appear to be as rude and uncaring as my previous visit. I asked someone how long they had been waiting to order and they replied at least 20 minutes, and that no one had even acknowledged they were even there!! Needless to say i promptly left, went to their competition (i use that term lightly, as Little Caesars is hardly competition to most other pizza places) where i was treated like an actual customer, and my order promptly taken, and quickly cooked.
The management and owners of this location should be ashamed of the product and service they are providing, and really need to look hard ant their staffing levels, along with the quality of staff...
Read moreThis review is based on our past two visits within the past two weeks. ATTENTION general manager/franchise owner: this store is NOT operating up to its normal full potential.
This store has a great location, and is easy to access from the main road, SR21. The store always looks great and is kept tidy with no apparent repairs needed. We visit this location about twice a month, and this location offers great carry out or drive thru deals. The staff here are always helpful and friendly. Our pizza is almost always great with no problems, at least for our bi-monthly visits over the past five years. This location does offer a drive-thru for a more convenient pick up option. The store is handicap friendly and offers a spacious parking lot for large vehicles.
That being said, two weeks ago we ordered our pizza twenty minutes in advance over the phone, however upon arrival at the drive-thru the employee was not aware of our order!!! The store was not busy and while we waited for our food to be prepared NO other customers came through.
This week, we again ordered our food via phone 15 minutes ahead of time, and the same poor service. We arrived at the drive-thru to pick up our pizza and we notice one customer inside that the employee was helping. Three other customers came in to pick up pizzas while we waited to be noticed at the the drive-thru window. If it were not for us tapping on the window and speaking up, I don't believe the employee would have noticed us!!! When we brought up our displeasure in the recent sag in service, the employee was friendly and offered and apology, but then leaned out and whispered "this store is going down-hill quick, I am looking for another job!!! To top it off, after getting our order and were about 15 minutes away we noticed the food was not prepared properly.
This store is in need of some cleaning and repairs; the parking lot has trash blowing around, the front of the store does not look clean, and the drive-thru window has been broken for over a year where someones car almost tore it off.
Little Caesars, you have been in our community for many years and I have been a loyal patron for over 30 years, please get this location back on track as it is a value to local business and our community. Based on most recent visits, we will be cautious to return and continue business with...
Read moreThat was my old rating below.....New manager says she doesn't know how to use the app and in the same breath says it's All automated to if a pizza with a customer contact delivery number says make not one but two while pizzas with absolutely no toppings, zero, on only one side of both pizzas that she would never consider calling and verifying what she was reading before preparing, making and delivery said pizzas. Spoke to her with a smile at first until she basically talked over me because as we know with some stubborn people, instead of just admitting she probably should have just called us because she admitted she noticed it. She's ranting about automated processes and she just reads the ticket and makes whatever it says without questions. I asked her then what are managers for or people even. I said I guess we don't need people to inspect the product then and she said no, not really. Sad. Sad that she's been trained to operate that way. She never offered any solution or resolution. Which is really weird for a pizza mistake. I told her that's not what I ordered of course I wanted all my toppings on the whole pizza, not ALL my toppings on half the pizza with extra sauce. I don't wanna keep harping. Just sharing some pictures of my pieces of weirdly cut pizza with only half having ANYTHING but sauce. Ok then. Good night. Ashley, I think was her name and before she even knew why I asked for her she resisted her name at all. She also said she doesn't care about online followers and to read the email receipt and basically just accept that. Real. We used the order from an T Mobile and Fantastic 4 marketing campaign to try this location again. Going back to our old pizza place after that. And I didn't even need a computer to tell me to do that. Amazing. Below was my old review FYI Great staffing!! Busting out those pizzas with class!! Great job manager that hires well and keeps them...I hope! Attention and attitude was 110 percent. Young girl running the front register was so productive and polite at the same time. Really organized. Management training please!!! Cudos to the manager that hired her and the...
