From the first time I've ordered from this location, the service has been very horrible. Would leave -5 stars if possible!! The 1st: the driver couldn't find the house (1.5 hours) come to find out they entered the wrong address after verifying it 3 times!!! 2nd: everything was great! 3rd: 10 mins after order was supposed to be here, I called, the lady told me it should be there call soon us back in 15 mins if its not, (I live 5 mins from the location) 20 mins later I called spoke with a manager. Manager informed me that I cancelled my order on my previous call!!!! (2.5hours and FREE) 4th: great they found the house again address was correct. 5th time, the driver couldn't find my house and 'called' some random number not even close to mine 5 times and couldn't get a hold of me. Closed for the night and the pizza is in the freezer! (whatever one of the associates took it home!) Credit on my 'account' sorry about your luck. Read moreWe are regular customers, and last week, there was an error with the App that would let you go through the whole process of ordering and then it told you there was an error, I didn't think anything about it, but a day later, I got an apology email from Pizza Hut and a code for a free pizza, tonight when I tried to redeem it, the same thing happened, went through the whole process of creating an order only to be told there was an error, so I called the Middleburg Pizza Hut, and the girl who answered the phone was very nice and said they could take the code, but when she asked her manager how to do it, he said not to do it because it was an online problem, not their problem. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! I am a weekly customer, any manager with any common sense would realize he needed to fix this since it was their fault not mine, but he didn't and that was it. So Domino's got my order and now they will get my weekly Pizza order. I have no choice so I place the order ... order gets here after two hours and fort five min and it wasn’t even the right order and then another thirty min on hold to address the issue and then another hour and a half to get the order that is wrong again!!!! If they can’t handle a busy Saturday night then they need to put a recording on stating the wait time and delivery time at the least and also have employees that can handle a rush .
