Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Florida

We loved coming here. Love the drinks. This is my work center’s go to place but not after how rudely we’ve been treated lately. Never had issues with other employees, just a newer girl. She was irritated cause she handed me a drink carrier and was trying to hand me 2 carriers at the same Time. Obviously I can’t take 7 drinks at once please give me a second to set one down and grab the other. When I told her one moment please she huffed and rolled her eyes at me. She also had an issue because we didn’t use the app. There is no one waiting in line. It is no different than each of my coworkers hitting the drive thru on their own. I’ve done this drink run several times without issue and suddenly the last 3 times same chick tons of issues. I can’t even say she was PMSing Or Just having a bad day cause it has happened to frequently. Also why would you not sell me drinks just because I don’t choose to use the app? That’s a bad business plan. Making sure to scold me about not using the app and how next time I have to use the app is ridiculous take my money, make my drink, and give it to me, that’s the job isn’t it? Maybe she shouldn’t work register and should just make drinks. Dirty blonde hair, name starts with a C or K, wish I could remember it but she hesitated when I asked her name so it was probably fake. Hope the customer service changes cause we are going to be changing...

The best coffee shop Pensacola has hands down. I truly enjoy going to this location about 3 times out of the week. I use to be a faithful Starbucks customer, but when Scooters came into town I immediately dropped Starbucks and jumped on this Scooters Coffee wave. They give you more for your money, and you get more reward than you do at Starbucks. The only thing I have to say about this place that really isn't bad, but I wish they would offer turkey or chicken breakfast items. I do not eat beef and pork. Right off the bat, I was blown away by the customer service! Alex took our order - he asked if it was our first time at Scooters and explained the whole menu to us and gave recommendations. I got the nitro cold brew and my husband got the peanut butter crunch blender. Their cold brew is not too bitter or sour and my husband’s drink tasted like a Butterfinger milkshake. When we pulled up to the window to pay and get our drinks Natasha asked us again if we’d been to Scooters, told us more about the business, asked about our day, etc. She was so sweet! Overall such a pleasant experience and I’m excited to try more drinks - we needed a good coffee place on this...
