Zero Rating!!! Very poor service. Almost an hour for a coke, chicken wrap, fries, water & a chicken salad that NEVER Came. WE LEFT before our order came out. Because other tables that arrived long after us were getting their food. It didn't seem very busy when we arrived...

Save your time go & next door to Quiznos or Dewar's.

Jan. 21 2018 we arrived about 11:45am it didn't seem very busy. We placed our orders within the first ten minutes. An HOUR & three cokes later still NO FOOD!!! Our waiter told the table behind my wife there were two orders ahead of them. Now this table was seated twenty minutes after we placed our order. Their order came out two minutes later. Five minutes later another waitress came to our table with a hamburger & a chicken wrap that was for the table behind me who came in thirty minutes after we had placed our order.... We Should of just taken that order. At this point we left! Our order was pretty simple for me a coke, a chicken wrap with sweet potato fries. The wife's was a water with a chicken salad. NOT THAT DIFFICULT!!!

Waited an hour for a chicken wrap & a salad and NEVER GOT OUR FOOD. Had plenty of time when we arrived but our waiter just kept saying I'll check on our order then disappear for awhile. NO FEEDBACK!! Other than soon.

I Hope DEWAR'S is re-opened the next time I'm in Fort Meyers. Will never go back...

I had traveled all day and was looking forward to eating at the store in RSW. I asked if I could be served as it was near 7:00 p.m. I made my way to the bar and was asked to go to a booth and I wpild be served. The open booths were cluttered from the previous guests but I sat at one as directed. Waited watching servers walking back and forth in a hurry to get everything closed up, like the bar. I was not approached and eventually got up and pucked ip a menu from the hostess stand. I then sat back down looking through it for many more minutes, no server acknowledgment again. Eventually I walked out and ate at another vebdor in the airport. I was upset and went back asking to speak to a manager. I was told there was not one present. I was also told that they felt I had already been served because there was clutter in the table. The clutter was because the table had not been cleaned off as others sat in the same condition. Well after all this I calked to speak to a manager, no one was available, left a message citing my dissatisfaction. I will wait to see if I recieve a response. There needs to be a manager on duty at all times and from a customer service point tables should not set cluttered never. I will not be back, I did not recieve an apology and at the very least this cpuld...

The male staff bartender with a thick accent (possibly eastern European) had no knowledge on business etiquette and treats the customers as if he's doing them a favor. Very rude unskilled, and poorly trained in hospitality. When approaching the location, I asked if he had a menu since the sign outside only lists the food items but not the prices. Arrogantly he pointed to the outside sign while shouting that their menu is outside on a pole, you can't miss it. When I tried to place my order, he was asking me what I wanted while walking away from me. Once he placed my order, he just left my receipt sitting at their counter without taking my order to the kitchen. I had to signal a young lady working there to assist me with the order that I had just placed. Poor customer service. Would not recommend eating at this location. Management was made aware of the issue but seemed to just brush it off.
