Spartan Detox — Restaurant in Florida

Wow! I have been searching for a detox for a while and never came across one that truly made me feel well until now. Spartan Detox definitely fit the bill. I have lost 3lbs but most importantly feel better overall lost that bloated heavy feeling I had before. I did the 3 day detox and here is as accurate of a review as I can give coming from someone that didn't eat the best and only occasionally worked out. The process is not easy at all you really have to be ready to commit to it to achieve the goal. I admit I came across a bump and had to sneak a small snack the end of day 2. Since I was so happy to be feeling better made it a health snack at least which was a few bites of grilled chicken. The drinks are a substantial meal and with the water in between you have more than enough to navigate through the day. I had a slip up because I was so used to eating way more than I needed mentally I couldn't shake the hunger and had to make that little snack. Know if you go in mentally ready and want to make a difference in your life you can absolutely do it and there is enough to keep you full no question. Next round will be the full 3 days for me and increase to 7 days once a quarter for sure. That was the product now lets talk about the service. A++. Raul sends a personal text to motivate you and advise where you are in the process which I can say is a big help and it really is motivational. Makes you feel you need to start taking responsibility of your body you may have been neglecting. Packaging and instructions are clear and easy to follow. So my review is on the whole experience. From ordering to customer support etc. So to start off the ordering was a breeze, very easy to order. As for shipping and customer support,well that where it went down hill. Got my order super late, got some b.s excuses on why my order wasn't sent out. The owner stepped in to help resolve the issue. Said he hasn't going to charge me, and was going to upgrade me to 16oz instead of 12oz from my original order. I said cool, finally got my order another week later. So took almost 3 weeks to get my order. And guess what, there was only 12oz bottle in my package. So I didn't even bother asking because at this point why even bother to get more excuses. Anyways on to the drinks, taste wasn't bad, but good lord 26grams of sugar in each drink, minus the 2rd drink with cucumber. And you got to drink 7 of them in the day. You do realize a can of coke has 34 grams of sugar right lol. So I had the equivalent of 6 cokes a day lol. Anyways after the 3 day of detox drinks and only drinking plenty of water I felt the same no major difference. Complete and done, didn't feel like I felt on other detox juices. Just being honest, probably my fought for trying another detox cleanse company. I wanted to see what all the hype has. Sorry but not much to report for positive. I have an autoimmune condition and the doctor had started me on so many steroids and I’ve gained a lot of weight as a result of the meds and instead of getting better, I’ve actually gotten worse and since following Spartan Detox on IG and watching him fight for his dad the way he does and with that amount of passion has literally lit a fire under me! As a medical professional myself, I would always encourage patients I worked with that have chronic diseases to take their meds and listen to their doctors... NO MORE! Moving forward, Spartan Detox needs to rebrand the company to Dr. Spartan!!!! I haven’t taken my meds in the last 4 days and I feel refreshed! So much better - I know I have a long way to go and this reboot was exactly what I needed to restart. I’ve lost 4 lbs which is great but the way I feel inside is crazy amazing. I dare say that I have a lot more mental clarity - no brain fog... I’ve slept like a baby! I honestly can’t thank Raul and everyone on his team enough!
