Today was the 2nd time at this location yesterday was the 1st. Yesterday the wait was long and slow in the drive-through. Got to the window and the cashier walked away for a couple of minutes without even acknowledgingly me with several cars behind me. I ordered one drink and it was good. Today I went again my daughter has a class in the area so I was early to get her I decided to stop and grab a coffee. It took me over 20 minutes in the drive-through to get a coffee. 1st off their parking lot is horrible so people have to move around and let people in-and-out and the drive thru gets backed up in nobody can go anywhere. I finally get to the ordering speaker and the girl asked me what I would like and I say my order and she said O and disappears. Comes back a minute later and asks my order again I tell her my order she is obviously distracted and not quite listening. She got 1 item then gave me my total I again added my other two items and she still only got 1 of them at that point I gave up. I pull up and we sat there I don't know how it long I sat there before I looked at the clock. But it was long. From the time I looked at the clock to the time I got to the window it was 10 minutes. When I drove to the window the girl gave me my coffee and then when I didn't drive away she stood there and looked at me. Then figured out that I had more to my order and disappeared for a few minutes came back with the rest of my order. My drink was not very good either. Not normal for Starbucks. Starbucks usually has a very good system of getting orders out. This isn't even the high season in our area I hate to see what it's like then. I will not be going back to...
Read moreFirst of all, this is the type of experience that you only dream of getting, but never do I specifically ordered my drink with the vanilla cold foam and Kara knew my drink because I come in there SO often and so many many of the girls deserve a shout out too but her and KARA Recognized that the ticket wasn’t right and it didn’t include the cold foam and she was like “Krissy you never do it without cold foam. Is there a reason that you’re not?” I said no “I ordered cold foam and she said,” OK. I’ll make sure to make it with the cold foam for you and she completely made my drink perfect as she always does!!! I’m not sure if she gets enough recognition. She’s very quiet. She doesn’t speak a lot, so I really wanted to take a moment and go above and beyond and shout her out because she deserves it she works so diligently effortlessly efficiently and I never see her taking a break and I used to be a general manager and stuff like that sticks out to me and I really wanted to make sure that she got recognized for outstanding customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It’s the reason that I go to this store. It’s the reason that I wanted to work at the store as a barista just because One is just so nice and friendly and know me by name and it’s so nice! They were there for me when I lost my baby at 8 months and they have continue to be there for me and this particular employee really deserves to be recognized and a shout out so great job Kara!!! Read moreWhen a venti is ordered, you guys need to make sure it's a venti size. At first, I was given a half filled drink with 30-40% of the cup filled with useless foam that was the byproduct of mixing the drink.
I asked the barista to fill it up a little bit more with milk at least to make it appear I got what I paid for. Even after filling it with milk, it was not quite full. bariata's answer to why it's not even half filled was " it's just that way bc it's espresso based" but I ordered a special drink that uses espresso. Make sure to fill it up at least close to full. I would have ordered grande if I wanted a smaller portion.
