Starbucks — Restaurant in Florida

Me and my sister went to get a nice treat before going to work and we were thoroughly disappointed. First, we waited 30 minutes in the drive through line total. 15 minutes with 2 cars infront of us, once we ordered it took 10 more minutes from speaker to the window and, at the window it took us 5 more minutes to get our drinks and food. Regarding the drinks, NONE of them were right. We ordered a grande white chocolate mocha frappe and a venti iced gingerbread oat milk chai — instead we got a peppermint frappe and a chai tea with normal milk and no cold foam flavor. Like the cold foam was literally just frothed cream, not even sweet. Of course our sandwhich was okay because they’re pre made but come one…30 minutes in line and still didn’t give us the correct order? We couldn’t even ask for a refund or them to remake drinks because we were running late due to the 30 minute line. I do not expect it to be that hard to make 2 drinks that are fairly simple? I rather wait longer for my drinks to be right then wait 30 minutes for drinks that aren’t right and that don’t taste good. They need better speed of service and quality because what the….anyways will not be wasting my time to come here and i really wish I could...

2891 st road 7 Wellington fl Hi , I wanted to write about my experience over the last few months at the stribling & 441 location in Wellington , Florida I can’t say enough about Mac he is an exceptional store manager that never ever has a bad day he goes above and beyond each and every day to be sure his customers are greeted in the kindest of manners and that they receive the highest customer service. I enjoy my visit to this Starbucks each and every day .. his staff during his time managing this location has been fabulous !! Each and every one of them ! This store is ran better than any store I have visited and that says a lot as I have been going to Starbucks for at least the last 35 years and every single day ! Mac is the most professional store manager and I see him doing big things in the Starbucks corporation you are so lucky to find such a caring employee as he is . Sadly today They are few and far between . Also another BIG shout out to Lilly at this location who truly goes above and beyond to be sure my drink is made to perfection and I am greeted in the kindest of manners !! This Starbucks...

So ive been attending this specific location for a few years now since its near my home and recently i saw a new face and i believe his name is Alex hes always wearing a brown teddy beanie , and every single encounter i have with him either it be at the drive thru or front counter i have a above and beyond experience, hes SO SO SOOO SWEET and jolly !!! i cannot express this enough !! A few days ago my mother went to this specific location to grab a bite and a drink and first of all yumm, she loved it !! But she came home very happy and commented on the young man and immediately i knew who it was but i asked her out of curiosity, was he wearing a teddy bear beanie ? And immediately she said YES!! she told me that he made her feel very uplifted about herself cause he mentioned that she looked phenomenal and that he would of never guessed that she was 64 and honestly I’m not one to write reviews but truly it warmed my heart that he made my mother feel good about herself.
