The food here isn’t bad it’s just the customer service that is. After I ordered food and go to the window the guy working there doesn’t open the window because he was doing something which was fine. Then when he opens the window and tells me my total he sees me reach for my purse to grab change and then slams his window closed. He then waits a few minutes and finally decided to open his window again to receive my change. He DOESN’T give me my RECEIPT. After the food was finally ready I informed him that I would like sauce and he proceeded to give me 2 packets of sauce for my order of 2 tacos / 1 Crunchwrap and fries. I requested more sauce and the man grabbed 2 additional packets while NOT BREAKING eye contact with me as if he hates his life and he hates working there. I then drive away realizing that they MESSED UP my ORDER; they didn’t give me my Nacos fries! And I love me some fries!!! So I had to go back. When I went back and informed them that I never got my fries the same man that was at the window just says “here” and gave me my Nacho fries and slammed the window shut AGAIN! He didn’t bother to give a bare minimum apology let alone give me some kind of coupon for their mistakes.
The food at this Taco Bell isn’t bad they’re just not very effective with their customer service skills and I find that their attitudes get in the way of them doing their job properly and getting the order right and handing out receipts.
This also isn’t the first time that I’ve had some kind of discrepancy with the people at this Taco Bell so it’s not just this employee alone that has the bad attitude. On another occasion they were quick to inform me that my card declined when in reality the chip wasn’t working and all they had to do was swipe the card. They just wanted me out of their window so they could...
Read moreWhen we proceeded to order through the drive thru, we immediately felt like we were being rushed. We paid for our order with cash and never got a receipt but didn't think anything of it. So we took our food and left. We got home we realized the order was wrong. We received 7 regular tacos but bought 15.37 worth of food which were crispy chicken quesadilla box, grillers and a crispy quesadilla. We had to go back and when we let the guy who took our order know that we got the wrong order he asked for a receipt but he never gave us one. So then asked us what we ordered but gave us attitude and then brought what I believe was the manager who then asked us again what we ordered. She was finally able to look up the order on screen and read it off. We said yes that's our order and she said ok and they starting making our order but when we received it again it was wrong! We finally went in and told the guy "hey our order is incorrect again"! With attitude he said, "ok what is that you ordered?" At this point what was suppose to be a quick thing ended up being 30 mins. We were aggrevated and just finally said " just refund us the money", because it this point we realized this location doesn't know what they are doing. So please always ask for a receipt and make sure to check your order at this location or if anything avoid it and go to the other one located on Lake Worth Rd which got our order right the first time and were...
Read moreWe've been to this location several times and the food was decent and never had any issues. Tonight was another story. Part of our order was missing, on it's own not such a big deal but it was after the lobby had closed for the night so we had to go back through the drive thru on a Saturday night to get the missing food. A little irritating but whatever. The employees replaced the food that was missing and gave us two coupons which I dropped in the bag and proceeded to a nearby parking spot to eat quickly because they only replaced the food that was missing which was my fiance's meal meaning I have to deal with the Taco Bell that sat in the bag while we went back through the drive thru line. But the kicker is that while eating the luke warm food that was mine I read the coupons that we were given for the mistake were expired in 2022. I went to get the store info, phone number and customer satisfaction survey from the receipt but I realized the employee had taken the receipt even after announcing to a coworker that "the person came back" meaning they already knew they forgot something, why ask for and keep the receipt? Just check your bag to make sure your order is correct before you leave...
