I always go here to order a bowl and a quesadilla. I started with the quesadilla which the guy told me it is now only online. I asked if there was any exception they could make just this one time since I way already there and I didnāt have connection on my phone to download the app but his manager said no in a very rude way. She didnāt even try coming to talk to me or accommodate me as a customer of the restaurant. I then continued to order my bowl. I usually get chicken Al pastor which they had very little and seemed as if it had been sitting there for a while, I asked if they had a fresh batch coming out soon and the guy answered no when chipotle didnāt close for another 2 hours. I then asked for queso in my bowl, they put 1/4 of the actual serving size. I had to ask if they can put some more because they were charging me extra for the queso she then continued to say that it was being cooked and I had to wait. I then paid and went outside so I can get some reception and order the quesadilla through the app. I ordered at 8:25 and It said pick up was at 8:40, I didnāt get my food until 9pm and the quesadilla that I got was not the quesadilla I usually get when I would order it in person. Went there to find I couldnāt scan my rewards points because their āscanner was brokenā and their machine was broken so I couldnāt get a receipt to put my points manually! That is absolutely ridiculous!! That was the only reason I went as I had only a few points left until receiving a Free Entree. The only good thing to say about this location is that the Cashier Stacey, showed extreme compassion and spectacular customer service despite the circumstances. She even did a check in while I was eating and reassured me that if there was absolutely anything else I needed, she would handle it! This is the first time a Chipotle employee has ever taken initiative to approach me & make sure I was having a pleasant experience and it was great! It definitely gave a real restaurant feel. However, It is ridiculous to have a rewards system with no way to redeem Chipotle points. I do not think I would come back to this location. I need the points. Regardless, Great Food. I got the Brisket Bowl with white rice & black beans....

I placed my order at exactly 9:10pm to be picked up by 9:40pm. Once I get there nothing was ready and it looked like they hadnāt been closed for at least 20min, mims you itās only 9:40pm. My good wasnāt ready and they way I was greeted was very poor to say the least. Not only my order wasnāt ready but they had lost it. Next they tell me theyāll make my order but sure enough they start making someone elseās !! Once finally this young lady starts making my order I noticed they donāt have black beans which I had order for both a salad and a burrito. As far as I know every establishment should be able to serve everything they offer regardless of the time and for her to pretend sheās putting beans on both my dishes thinking I didnāt notice really put me over the edge. I hate the way writing reviews but donāt mess with peoples food !!!! I hope someone read this and does something about. Donāt need free stuff just get better...
