Subway #745 — Restaurant in Florida

I would start by saying the two staff members working had positive attitudes! However standing in line 28 minutes behind four people is unacceptable and another 10min to get two 6in plain subs. First of all the first person in line was placing an order for eight subs, and when she was done the filled numerous online orders. When it was finally my turn and we had been asked what we wanted we stood and watched her make three more online subs before even starting ours.

My biggest complaint is there was a line of 6 to 10 people that waited most of our lunch break to get a sub due to online orders and large in line orders. If you are gonna allow that to take place maybe you need to hire another person dedicated to fill those orders and focus a little more on your in person customer base, or just close the lobby and only do online orders.

Oh and lets not mention how they would drop everything to help the customers that come in to pick those orders up in the middle of helping others. It was all really to much, this will stop my team from going to this...

I placed a pick up order today that was below expectations and items missing. The special instructions are at the top of the receipt for my dressing on the side with my salad as well as the lettuce and tomato on the side for my ham and cheese sub. My salad came DRENCHED in salad to the point its not edible. My daughter's sub I removed the lettuce and tomato so it's not soggy when she gets home. Last but not least, the chips I paid for were both there. I sent the manager my receipt as well as what happened she said she would have done the same (how things were made) and didn't take any accountability. Told me I could bring back the salad (that was in my trash) and thry would make me a new one. Mind you, I was working and made her aware from the start. I showed my team at work my receipt to which they all agreed "what didn't they understand". Lastly, being on a human resources team I would have handled this situation much differently. I'll give them 2 stars for not messing up my husband's sub. I'm glad...

younger girl kinda Spanish lookin was horrible! couple in front of asked for different tomatoes because the ones she tried to put on were mostly green. she slammed the new bowl of tomatoes down then picked one tomato at a time, he would more please, then should place 1 more and look up.... then he would say more again. By this time everyone in line is look at each other in disbelief! Then it's my turn, asked for rotisery chicken which was completely out so she scrapes the bottom of it out and i see it and it was all scraps!! asked for fresher chickn please. she turns around and digs this small bowl of more leftovers and attempts to put it on my salad! i said can i please have someone else to make my salad. guy steps in, turns around and grabs big fresh bowl of chicken! I said out loud to her she acts like it was coming out of her own pockets!! sign says subway fresh! if you don't want to be there leave so we all can get a fresh salad/sandwich! 1 pm,...
