If I could rate this place a ZERO, I would. I placed an order for delivery because I've worked a ton of hours this week and I just didn't want to cook......but where to even start with this order.......They completely forgot my son's pizza, so I guess my 9 year old is supposed to eat nothing. I ordered a BLT bowl and got something with pepperoni, salami, and I think turkey... not single drop of bacon.....so my teenager daughter won't be eating dinner tonight either. ... I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and got 4 sandwiches, but not one with a single piece of chicken. All I can see is onions, to which not one person in our home likes. . . . So there goes my other daughter's dinner. Then apparently, we have a sandwich with just sauce and cheese??? Which we didn't order......I am so irritated that I paid $15 for delivery and only got one sandwich that I ordered, so now I spend $60 for dinner and still have to cook?!?!?!?!!!! I tried calling the store for the past half hour, and they just keep hanging up on me. .... needless to say, I will never eat Subway again. It's worse than throwing money down the drain because you're stuck with a bunch of shifty food you didn't order. . . If you're craving a sub, steer clear of this joint!! Do yourself a favor and just get...
Read moreAfter my experience in the subway, I am questioning whether the employees of this establishment pass some kind of mental health wellness check or what criteria they must meet to be able to work at such an established franchise. I came here With my other half for a grab and go dinner only to be less than greeted by a scruffy, angry, man Whose hands were shaking so hard that he could not barely contain himself. I watched him scrape from the bottom, old, frail cucumbers, and tomatoes. When I asked him for fresh ones as I was only getting a salad with no meat, no cheese, He gave me a death glare and upon him returning, he was red and shaking, and throwing vegetables every which way. I understand that making sandwiches can be a very stressful task… But I felt like he was on the verge of coming across The sandwich station And a slugging me a fat one. I asked him for a few extra pickles, and I watched him punch my salad bowl into oblivion After he threw the pickles on top of my limp lettuce. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and I do hope that he gets a mental health examination and some help For dealing with stress. Also, of course on customer service wouldn’t hurt. Regardless, to say, I will never revisit...
Read moreWhat sub shop runs out of lettuce and tomato prior to 6 PM? We placed an online order and my son rode his bike to pick it up for the rest of his family. When he got back, we noticed the missing ingredients so he got back on his bike and went back to the store. This is when he was told that they were out of lettuce and tomato. This should have been communicated to us via phone or when he picked up the items. When we unwrap the sub and things were missing to the customer that looks like an error and that is why he went back. He requested a refund because this was not the item that we ordered, but was told that they don’t do that. Terrible...
