Subway — Restaurant in Florida

The worst experience ever!!! So when we walked in it a lady cleaning and another one making sandwiches.Its started to get busy, like 10 ppl already in line and the lady that was cleaning still wouldn’t jump to help the other one.This 2 cuban ladies, one was blonde(yadira, the recipe says her name) and you can tell she had no idea of how to make a sandwich, and the other one was a lite skinned black woman. So on top of the bad attitude they were giving to all the costumers because supposedly we were walking in half an hr prior the closing time, and they were ready to go home. So on top of all that, they only had 1 type of bread, we asked for the ingredients on a sandwich and had no clue, no cookies, no soups, no tea cuz the container was already clean. So to top it off, I live 3 mins away and We got home, both sandwiches were cold. We tipped as usual, merry Christmas, and they didn’t even say nothing back. Subway you are loosing costumers over bad employees that don’t give a damn about you or their jobs. This people are bringing this business down. I wish I could give a lower rating but you know. Surprise, surprise! I received a discount circular at my apartment with numerous offers. So, today on a quiet Tuesday afternoon I thought I would order via the Subway App! What was nice is that the prices for the specials are valid via the third-party delivery services! Many restaurants charge a higher price for third-party deliveries, not Subway. I paid a small Doordash delivery & service charge but the food was the same price if I went to pick it up! Firstly, the Subway App works great, easy to order & customize my sandwiches! I used the 3-12" subs for $17.99 offer. There are some exclusions to this offer but most of the sandwiches are a part of the deal! Secondly, within 30 minutes I received my order via Doordash at my door. The driver handed me my food. Now the best part is that these 12" subs are outstanding! I ordered a #16, #18 & #33 done just the way I ordered them: Fresh, loaded, juicy & saucy ! I guess I am now a Subway fan! Publix has great subs but these 3 Subway subs were dope! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Do not go hear. Came there around 11pm after work. We all work hard and I went there after a 12 hour shift hungry and exhausted. I was the only one in line and was waiting for 10 min for someone to help. One guy was stocking stuff looked at me I said hi. They just looked at me and went to stock. A lady then came out didn’t look to happy cause of online orders she was getting even though they close at 2am. She looked at me and started doing the online order so I waited while she then added my order to the bunch. Gets worst she ended up giving me the wrong order cause she mixed up the subs cause she was doing to much.
