Burger King — Restaurant in Florida

This is the Worst location i ever been!!!

the representative on the cashir not listen what i asking. i need to explain my self couple times,abd then with no other reason he left me to take care the drive in and called someon else to charge me double then my order, so i was needed to explain my self again an i speak a native fluent english.

the give me that with no ketchup or mayonnaise,No tray. the meal was pretty cold like the hamburger and the frenchrise seet alretfir awile. the guys in the place look like the came to play and not to give a service.them just laugh all time and think the are in the beach and not on the job that the need to give a loyal curtesy service for them customers.

Must a new management for that cheap location. Very Disappointed from this location service. i felt very bad that i came to that location and for sure it’s will be the first and last time i will came here again.

This particular BK is the most incompetent fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I ordered a Whopper with cheese (no onions, pickles, or mayo) to go. The guy who took my order, took it correctly as shown on my receipt. When I get home, it was loaded with mayo, so I go back to the location to exchange it and they give me another one. Luckily, I checked it before l got back in my car. This time it had no cheese, so l go back to the counter and tell them it has no cheese. The lady prepping the food has the audacity to say, "Now he wants cheese?" To which l replied, "I wanted it from the start, but it's not my fault you can't get it right." I honestly don't think a Whopper with Cheese, no pickles, no onions, or mayo is rocket science. Save yourself the aggravation and go else where. There is a Checkers across the street and a Taco Bell a few feet...

I have been to this burger king a few times since I moved to this area and this will be my last time purchasing anything here. I ordered 2 (8 pc chicken nuggets) which looked over cooked and dry. A whopper Jr. which my daughter tells me was also over cooked. I asked for medium combos, the cups were medium size no ice, the fries looked more like a small size and they looked half empty like they just threw some in there. It was a disaster, I love writing good reviews but I also write these to warn other people not to spend their money in places like this. The food is horrible and the service is just as bad.
