What is going on guys? It'skke 443 in the am and no one answered the telepront to get an order. As I approach the window no one greets me for minutes. New management needed or what? This is very unusual for this specific taco bell. Usually this taco bell is busy and the food is fresh given the traffic. With that said, I still expect prompt service. I still expect lively response to an order. The gentleman that came to the window said the store has been closed since two am. What kind of mindful Management is this? They put up no signs that they are closed. They have labels on the window that's open 24 hours. The first lady that didn't even approach the window had the courtesy to explain anything to me. All she did was sign swiping her neck in a negative manner. I don't know what that means literally. I know there is a pandemic but still common courtesy teaches you to be prudent with how customers perceive the hours of operation for a business. You are either available or you are not. So make yourself known. We can't guess. I'm upset because I stood there in line with one other car in front of me for 45 minutes. The car in front of me "forgot some keys". What is that? I might skip this establishment because of poor service. Imagine if the service is poor, the food may be just as poor in quality. Can't trust a business where there is little consideration about the customer. Attention to detail is everything and if you lack that ability you will lose customers because it does translate into poor quality service. Get your act together. This isn't the time to slack on quality service and consideration of customer needs.

Read moreWe've been coming to this location for almost 20 years. We've seen it change and go through it's renovations. Largely it has had wonderful management, service and food. We've even shared Christmas gifts with our friends the employees there. We are Taco Bell lovers for a longtime. However, I will say, having been back to visit my family to see my mother for her health as she is in the hospital, we've noticed a slight change in the attentiveness of employees. It's not dramatically drastic, but we hope that, as we all go through, it's been a tough time and will return to the quality that brought us to this location for literally years (decades)...yes I understand it's kinda funny, but we love what we love. Thank you
Up date from about two weeks since last review. I just spoke with the manager because there was a customer who was having a tough time ordering at the menu screen. He was noticeably frustrated and although he was eventually helped, the attitude felt despondent. After my father waited and asked an employee about his food, remained waiting a significant time after. I then choose to speak to the manager which brings us back to the beginning of this story.
Her response was hurtful. I know the manager here as it is a frequent spot for my family's travels. After letting her know I recognize her and I know she recognizes us, she gave a dismissive chuckle and made no attempt to correct or even console. After notifying her another review would be made, the gentleman who was waiting to pick up his delivery order was palpably pleased someone had...
Read moreHORRIBLE!!!!!! I used to work at this Taco Bell 2 years ago, I never had a problem eating here. I'm seriously never coming back to this place or any other taco bell ever again!! 2 days ago, April 27th, 2015 I came to eat here with my boyfriend it was a long day at work and all we wanted was to eat something really quick go home and sleep. I ordered the quesorito with regular chicken. This was around 8:00 pm. Two hours later my stomach got really bloated. At first I thought this was just me getting bloated from hot spices like I usually do. NO at 2:00 am I started throwing up and using the bathroom uncontrollably until 10:00 am the next day when I was finally couldn't take it anymore. I was weak and barely able to walk. So I asked my father in law to take me to urgent care. Urgent care told me I had Gastroenteritis with dehydration. Gastroenteritis is another word for FOOD POISONING! I was dehydrated, my veins were flat, I lost weight, I looked like life was sucked out of me. I slept for 2 days and didn't eat. All I could take down was Gatorade. I suffered for 2 days and missed 2 days of work. Also, Now thanks to Taco Bell I have to pay a $150.00 co pay from my insurance because TACO BELL gave me...
