The last time I went, you could clearly tell the sandwich hadn’t been heated properly. The cheese wasn’t even melted. It was ice cold, so I asked if they could reheat it & was told there was nothing they could do. I decided to give them another try yesterday & the girl was on her AirPods, talking during my entire order. Had she been focused on her job, she would have heard me tell her twice “double meat”. She kept cutting me off while I tried to order. There was some sort of big metal lid blocking the window or I could have caught & corrected her. Sorry for interrupting your phone call.
