I went through the drive through about 3 PM. It was busy but I got to the terminal to place my order and began to say what I wanted. I then waited a good 5-10 minutes for someone to respond. I said "Hello" multiple times to get a response but no luck so I pulled up to the window. I didn't get any names. Not many people were friendly but the guy at the window was. He asked what I had ordered and took a look to see if it was taken or not; it wasn't. A girl came to the window and took the order then left. I didn't get a receipt for the order to verify if it was charged correctly although I asked twice. Another guy, I suppose the manager, came to the window to ask that I pull to the side (definitely not in a nice way as well; just so he could get the line moving as if my order wasn't important.) I heard another woman in the back say I pulled to the window to order. I did not. I pulled to the window cause I didn't get a response at the terminal after a while. I made sure I had paid and they verified.
I pulled to the side to wait for the order. I ordered a Jumbo Popcorn Meal, Large, with chili cheese fries and a sweet tea; I also ordered a Footlong Quarter Pound Coney meal with mozzarella sticks for the side and large caramel milkshake. I did not get the coney; instead I got something that looks like a sausage croissant. I also didn't get the condiments; I asked for bbq sauce, marinara, and honey mustard. This was an awful experience and the only person that was nice was the guy at the window. Both men had long hair it seemed but the one that was nice had gauges in his ears. Will not be going back to...
Read moreThe food tasted horrible. In particular, the tater tots were so bad we threw all of them out. The tots looked great but were cold order was wrong (most likely bc the girl in drive thru was unable to hear me due to the people screaming in the background) and when I asked her to remove the items she said it was no problem and she handed me a bag of food and there was still another bag coming. She called manager over to remove the charges (2 $2 items) and the window flung open and the girl was extremely rude an++d very snotty sounding. She said, "If you want me to remove the charges from your bill, I need my food back. " ( That normally would not have been a problem because I'm not asking for something for free but it was the way she said it and how it came about especially after waiting for 15 minutes and we were talking about 2 $2 items. She didn't slam the window on me and was extremely rude whenever I told her she was missing my drinks. On top of that the worst of all is we ordered to Sonic blast and the last time I got them it was some topping sitting on top and the rest of it was just ice cream So I asked him this time to double the toppings and make sure it's mixed in really well And again we got the blast and it was topping on top and a couple...
Read moreI ordered a Route 44 sweet tea with extra heavy ice and lemon on the side, meaning I wanted it in a separate container. So I get the lemon in a separate container, but it had obviously already been squeezed, God knows where. Plus, I had light ice, not heavy ice. When I asked the young lady at the window about it, she bowed up and said "that is extra ice". And I asked her about the lemon, she just rolled her eyes and said "it's lemon in a cup". Uh huh. So I went to one of the stalls, and the same woman who took my order answered at the stall, as well. I asked if she was the manager since she did sound older than the children running around inside. She said yes she was the manager but she was also the only order taker so she would come out but couldn't stay very long. When she came outside and I mentioned my questions to her, I didn't get much more help, but when honesty, she did give me more lemon. But wouldn't you kind of thought that if somebody was ordering more ice, for a drink they just ordered with heavy ice, wouldn't you ask if something was wrong with the drink? Maybe taking it back and put more ice in it? I now know why I quit going to Sonic on Hwy 29 and started going to the...
