I visited this location today at 2pm on 7/21/25 and there was an elderly person, bald head(not sure if they are male or female) training a young hispanic woman. I am appalled at the way they treated her. I overheard them making snide, sarcastic, downright demeaning comments to her. I feel compelled to let Subway know that it is unacceptable to have a staff member treat a trainee that way. In addition, this staff member was incredibly rude to me as well, a customer. I asked for all of the veggies on my cold cut combo, and their response was something along the lines of “you want ALL these veggies?” to which I responded respectfully yes, my husband and I love your vegetables. He/She then proceeded to ANGRILY toss tiny little bite of the veggies onto my sandwich in a rude way, making snide comments here and there. I left the establishment feeling scared, sad, and confused for the employees. I will never return to this horrible place. Read moreI never have a problem with the taste of quality of the food, but always have a problem when it's ordered on line of the sandwich makers following simple directions. If a customer explicitly asks for foot long to be cut in 3 pieces, it needs to be done. Also, it should be known without asking, that the sandwiches need to be labeled, since you are not there when they are prepared. When sandwiches are going to 2 different houses on the same order, I don't feel it's sanitary for someone else to have to unwrap my sandwich and open it up to see which sandwich is which, when they are very similar. It is very hard to tell which is which without handling and having your fingers all over the other person's food. Then when they do mark them after being asked to, they put a 1, 2, 3, 4 on it, as if you are supposed to remember the exact order you ordered the subs. Ridiculous. Then when you get home even the numbers are wrong and don't correlate with how you ordered them anyway. Get a better system, have a little pride in what you do, follow simple directions and most...
Read moreTerrrrrrrrible customer service. Walked in with my husband to order wraps. One female employee with brown hair started both of our wraps then walked away. Then another employee was messing with a pick up order and was confused about how to make and messed it up. So he tossed it to the side on top of my wrap. He acted like he didn’t want to complete the wraps. So then my husband had to coach him and tell him how to make his wrap. Once his wrap was complete he then tried to go back to the online order with my wrap beneath it! He tried to ring my husband up, and my husband had to tell him there’s one more wrap.
