Subway — Restaurant in Florida

I tried to put in an order for one sandwich for tomorrow morning so that I can pick it up early and it won't let me do that. Because it is 10 minutes to 9:00 it tells me that the store is closed. And then since the store is closed per the web, it won't let me order from this store. I've run into this issue before with another store and was told to just call and order on the phone. So I just tried that, and the gentleman told me he doesn't take over the phone orders. I can see if it was 1986 and the internet and web orders were all new, but it's 2021! And no over the phone...

I came in with coupons and they didn’t except the coupons and told me I cannot use them here!! The employees name was Carla in older lady. The employees are so rude there!
