If you're expecting to go and look at card binders to buy cards to purchase just stay home and go on TCGPLAYER or eBay because this store doesn't trust you enough to allow you to browse their binders and instead offers their customers a QR code for their website to look up the cards and then inform the guy at the counter what cards you want to buy.
